Great Dim sum variety. Price is currently $5.28 per order. Not sure if that’s just the weekend price. Either way, great place for a fix

I went for dimsum, other than the almond milk, the rest of the foods aren't good. Beef honeycomb tripe with pig blood is old, because they are way overcooked and the honeycomb tripe doesnt look appealing. This use to be my favorite spot, but it had disappointed me last couple times. If you want dimsum, go NBC or Sea Harbor.

Not very busy during early lunch on Sunday. Amazingly easy to find parking considering it's weekend. Foot Traffic in the area has been noticeably less because of the robbery in Ranch 99 market a few months ago. Dim Sum food in here is still great. It's good to visit the restaurant and Ranch 99 market again to give them support after the pandemic. Hand sanitizer available on the table by the front door.
