Only time I've ever reviewed. The customer service was great especially for a boneless wing Thursday and take-out. When getting home the order was completely wrong. A portion of my order was with bones, which I didn't order, but the BIGGEST thing was the wings with bones were putrid. Before opening the box both my partner and I could smell they were bad. Upon opening, they had visably gone bad even with sauce on. Working in food service I was blown away kitchen crew would send those out. I can only imagine how obviously bad the chicken was before even cooking. Beyond unacceptable.
I end up buying 2 smoked brisket sandwiches for the first time that goes $16 each. Witch they were small sheared meat and dry meat, like if the have made them of the leftover meat. Definitely the worst experience.
The service was good. Food came out quickly. Food was good too. Seems like the traditional wings keep getting bigger in size. It's nice they're big, but feels like I'm eating steroid chicken or something..
Boneless wings ordered came out cold and tasted hard and old. Sauce barely covered them. They were also out of two items we ordered on the menu. Cheeseburger was burnt as well. The waitresses were nice and service was good for it being a busy Friday night.
Usually large chainsare consistent in their appearance, customer service and food to keep their reputation going. This location has friendly staff and the app made ordering easy. The location is in a new shopping complex close to home for me so I was excited to go. Parking is readily available although I could see how it could fill up on a busy day. The app said my food would be available in 44 minutes at about 8:40PM. I arrived 10 minutes early to see it sitting on a to go order rack. After arriving home, my family dug into the food. Fries were tasty and well seasoned. Wings on the other hand were overcooked and dry. One piece was challenging to cut with a knife. Sauces were good albeit a little strong for my pallet but the rating is primarily for the wings just not being good. I may go back just to confirm my rating. However, I think I will stick to either Island's or Foodland when I am in Hawaii. Restaurant business is tough and based on other feedback they should look at their personnel training and food prep protocols to make sure things are consistent and represent the brand.
Updated review 4/16/2022..... Waited 30 minutes to get seated. (Understandable) but didn't like the fact that my sons food came first 15 minutes later i got my food (COLD). Didn't realize it was cold when I got it because when i finally did get it i ask for it to go. I realized it was cold when i ate a single wing in the car. I ordered different types of hot sauces on the side which i never got. This isn't the 1st time I've had a bad experience at this BWW.
Took 20 min just for a waiter to come to our table and get our drinks. Took another half hour to get our food for it to be cold. Fries were cold and wings. Idk they had been sitting out or what . Still here for an hour now and can't eat still because we are still waiting for wings to be re-done. This is the worst service I have ever received. Not to mention restrooms are disgusting and dirty. Where is management???
Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. But this time tops it. Went in with a party of 4. Told us it was an hour wait even though there were empty tables (I figured they were understaffed & didn’t make much of it). I went to the other room for takeout. There were at least 6 staff behind the desk just there talking. 1 of them took our order, I pay, a second person grabs my receipt and checks it before handing it to me. They tell me it will be 45 minutes. I sit on the couch (because I have a baby in my arms) they have in that room and tell me I’m not allowed to wait inside. We make our way out and wait at the Starbucks adjacent to the restaurant. I check the receipt time. Once it’s been 30 minutes since I place my order I walk (3 minutes tops) back to the restaurant. I tell them I’m there to pick up and a guy hands me out bag. I live 5 minutes driving from this place, so I didn’t take that long to get home and open our bag immediately. Just to find the bag all wet from the heat the food had released, the food was cold, the bottom of the boxes with the wings were ripping because they had gotten soggy from the sauce, 2 lemon pepper wins were missing, and 3 of the wings came with feathers. I verified the receipt and compared it with my receipt. Turns out my food had been bagged less than 10 minutes after I had ordered it. I think they bagged an order that had already been ready for a while because those fries were stiff. I called and asked them if I could return them because wings were missing, some had feathers, and it was just plain horrible food and a waste of almost $70 - they just hanged up.
Bathrooms very dirty dirty place
This establishment wasn't the greatest, the service was awfully slow. Waiter didn't check up on us very much, we were a group of 6 and everyone got their food about 7 minutes apart. The wings didn't seem to be fully dipped in Buffalo sauce, I had to ask for extra sauce on the side to get all my wings covered. Finally we ordered dessert, we waited 10 minutes and our waiter told us they couldn't scoop the ice cream because it was "too hard for them to dip the ice cream scooper". We waited a couple of extra minutes after that to get our dessert. Lastly, we asked for our check and 15 minutes went buy for us to receive it, waited about another 10 and no one came back to pick up the check. We had to get up and pay ourselves at the counter. Love BWW, but not this location.
