I Arrived around 8:30pm and was told by the manager on duty (luis i think) that they were closed and would not be making anymore protein. They normally close at 8pm. He also stated that they normally stop making food at 8pm and refused to make anything and also said that it takes about 2hrs for them to make the protein. In my opinion they should at least have one option available until closing time. This location makes decent food and customer service isnt too bad but other locations have always had something available until closing time and one in particular was able to make something for me in the last 20 minutes so that is why i am giving this rating.
They ran out of chicken, the ran out of certain desserts, they didn't inform me they had to replace the chicken I ordered with the basic flavor one. The order was not ready when we got there and we arrived late to pick it up because we stopped at rite aid.I decided to order again today and it was worse than the first time. I ordered all white meat and was charged all white meat, but got the leg portion. The veggies were old at first I thought they were over cooked, but the carrots were under cooked. My camera makes them look better than what they actually looked. They were dark and dirty looking. I got no gravey for my mashed potatoes. They didn't give me the corn breads that come with the 2 meals. The corn bread my daughter got she didn't like because it was soggy. This location used to be great, but their standards are low now and very disappointing. Also be aware I ordered a side of corn and was charged 2.09 with the meal. My daughter wanted a side of corn and we paid 3.99 for a regular. They were exactly the same size. ??You have a busy day you are tired and expect the service to be good so you can go home and enjoy a meal. Instead you are left craving corn bread. ?
We ordered a family meal for Mew Year's Eve and they canceled the order without notifying us. When I arrived for pick up, they informed me it had been canceled due to items not available. They didn't even apologize for not notifying me. I had to find dinner for my family last minute because of Boston Markets inconsiderate staff. Never going to this place again!!!
The service was quick, but staffed in the evening by teens who clearly need supervision and good management. The food was bland, but the worst part, it was cold. I want to like Boston Market, but they won't let me.
Good morning, I go to this place twice now, the place is very good and the food is very good, the only thing is that the manager has a very ugly character, she is always angry, she attends reluctantly, she scolds the employees, she yells at them, she has no manners to attend to. the customers the first time I went I thought I was angry but I went again and it's the same always has an angry face and answers you very reluctantly Hopefully the store owners talk to that woman, I don't know if the employees have already made their complaint or are afraid, but working with people like this or arriving at a place so they treat you like that with that character, I really won't return and I wouldn't work like that thank you
This visit was a Very bad experience with the 1.5 hour wait time and quality of food given to me. This was the second time I come here for the Holiday Meal for Thanksgiving and it will be my last. The staff were unorganized, people were being handed the wrong food, some were overcharged and some underhanded, some had to cancel their orders and place them again in order to get their food which caused an even longer wait time. When I received my food at a glance everything looked fine but once I got home to unpack everything, I was surprised to see the Salad and Steamed Veggies expired. I have uploaded pictures to show the proof. This is very disappointing considering how expensive this small meal was. I will never consider returning here after this. Whoever the manager is did a very poor job coordinating the way the service was to be provided to the customer. Not even a free bottle of water was offered for the very long wait time outside or inside the store. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.
Food was bland and luke warm. Store seemed dead, dirty and smelled like public restroom. Been coming here for many years and recently quality has gone down. Management needs to step up their game. Also the soda machine was dispensing flat drinks. Get your $#!+ together.
Ordered a Turkey plate, they ran out of corn bread and wasn't offered any substitute, they ran out of gravy for turkey and Turkey meat wasn't weight out. Request to pickup gravy and cornbread next day and management said there wouldn't be none available. Why did I still pay for this? Should have just walked out. So dissatisfied.
They like to close early and cancel any pickup orders pending. They did it to me twice already.
