I ordered just two foot longs, one for my daughter and one for myself a few weeks ago. I ordered a cold cut club and asked for the bread Not to be toasted, “toasted “, they also messed up my veggies that I had asked for. Then my daughter’s foot long, I order her the chicken breast. It was to be a simple request, heat up only chicken and bacon and they heated the bread also. She’s a picky eater, she didn’t even request any veggies or any dressing, just three items, the bread, chicken and bacon and they couldn’t get the order right. Needless to say she didn’t like that the bread was toasted and didn’t eat it. I then contacted Subway through the app and the response from the store manager was sorry we try our best pretty much. That’s not what I wanted to hear from the store manager, and because of that lousy customer service I will be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s, much better customer service. Also the bacon in my daughter’s sandwich looked like it was half a link and then cut in half, What? I’m giving two stars because I still ate my sandwich.

Unfortunately, they let 5 6 inch sandwiches go to waste because they couldn't break a $100 bill. They wanted us to spend $25 more so they could give us the food

I had a coupon and I got a Steak & Cheese foot long. I got home and devoured it! It was delicious! I WILL be going back in the future.

It is not as it was before. Sandwich counter is empty. Quality of ingredients is sub par as to compare to 3 years ago.. I would rather go to Jersey Mike's..

Crew takes forever to make one sandwich. Disappointed. Veggies tasted old. Young man ( I believe his name is Damian) was friendly and patient.

Stopped visiting this store due to unfriendly customer service. People who work here need to be taught customer service

They were making mobile orders as the folks walked in to retrieve them. As I hadn't ordered ahead, because the jalapeno bread isn't on the app, that meant I waited almost twenty minutes before I was able to order. Sandwich was terrible to top it off. Ruined my lunch break
