This morning at 7:00 am, the boy at the window gave a bad attitude, he did not say good morning, nor did he apologized for taking so long with the car in front of me… besides when he handed me my receipt he did not give me a chance to say thank you, he turned around and said twice you are welcome, you are welcome, very rude. I kept calling this place and nobody answer. I live in this area and the service and food was questionable today.
Awesome ? service. Can’t complain they always have everything. Very very nice and clean. People are so nice and welcoming.
Went there for hot water for my Cup o Noodles, and ended up ordering an Espresso Machiatto. Im glad I did because that was THE best Espresso I've ever had! It really was! And I ended up dining in and really enjoyed it! It really was that good! Thanks Starbucks ☕??❤️!
They rush and the drink ends up being filled more with milk than Coffee… and Always out of ingredients to make drinks.They don’t give you the time to explain what you want to order at the front register. Very impatient workers. I understand the drive through is overwhelming but I’m ordering from Inside… only me I was waiting patiently.Definitely go somewhere else if you don’t want your drink to be messed up. ??♀️
Exterior: two stars. Tiny parking lot and very awkward drive through window that seems squeezed onto the lot.Interior: four stars. Newish interior from the "Longtable" era.Vibe: four stars. Fully staffed and running at 5 am when I rolled through.It all ends up with a three star rating for this Montebello Starbucks. If I could give three and a half stars I would. Vibe was excellent for 5 am on a Friday, normally a dour time at most Starbucks locations.
Drive thru line is always crazy long & they always out of ingredients. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the people at the window are always friendly.
The staff is amazing. The girl at the window was so nice and pleasant to talk to.

I had such a stressful day. But the minute I stepped into Starbucks and was greeted by a brightly smiling barista who took my order I instantly felt relaxed. The one thing that made me sad is Starbucks is no longer selling pumpkin flavored items. I wish it would extend till the end of November.
Wow, not on top of their game this morning, too many mistakes on simple coffee & ice coffee.I'm sure tomorrow will be better.
