I decided to come on a Saturday and there was no manager in charge only a guy named elai front desk ...he told me early check in fee is 35 dollars ...and I asked for 4 tickets for breakfast since I got 2 beds for my family of 4 ....and he said u only get a ticket for 2 of u guys to eat ...since u only put 2 people ....he said it's extra ..I tried rebooking and it was the same price for 4 people ....he was really giving me a hard time will not be coming here again due to poor front desk customer service ....
This must be one of the nastiest hotels in California. Don't waist your money here, it's not worth it. I took pictures of roaches, dirty toilets, broken hair dryer, dust every where, water leaks in the hallways, nasty carpet, dirty sheets, cracked walls, and many more nasty things. My stay here was HORRIBLE.
Great Bar Staff Val and Rick will make you feel welcomed. Plays music has NBA AND NFL GAMES while you down your variety of Flavors in Beer or shots. They have breakfast bags, and a pool. This should be called the lack of quality inn. Our room is disgustingly dirty. The most disturbing is the blood on the curtains.
Loved it ,pricey but well worth it.spend two days didn't even know they had a bar! Great time!
This is the first negative review I’ve had to write. Complete false advertising for this motel. Rooms are filthy, suites are not two rooms as stated, “complimentary” breakfast is a paper bag with a muffin and yogurt, happy hour (managers hour) does not exist, awful location, I could go on… you get what you pay for. Spend more money and go elsewhere! Unfortunately it was probably the worst hotel experience, but it was late and we did not want to load the kids back up.
The double that was advertised looks like a twin the room looks dusty and dirty phone doesn’t work to call the office to complain and when I ask for an upgrade to a king room like I usually get without asking because I’m a diamond member seemed to be a problem the girl working the overnight counter conviently just sold the last king room even though the still had some on the app the sheets don’t look washed and the carpet has things still on the floor indicating no vacuuming. I’m upset and this is the first review I’ve left on a room and I’ve stayed at 158 different ones this calendar year so I’m pretty familiar Montebello quality inn is not quality I knew I should I went to the comfort inn the choice points weren’t worth this stay
This hotel is not it, the parking is so tight, the rooms are disgusting, and the tv looks like I’m watching a black and white movie. I could have totally paid $168 elsewhere for much better quality rooms! I don’t think I’d ever come back.
The receptionist is nice my room was clean breakfast is served in the morning but I leave too early for it. The hotel is close to the freeway and had a station.
It looks like it was nice in its day, my room seemed clean, the housekeeping people were nice.
