A must try! My husband and I went to New Orleans some years back and wow did NOLA take me back there. I tried their gumbo and Po’boy. It was so yummy. My 9 year old daughter who loves trying new foods couldn’t stop talking about how yummy the food was. My whole family gives it two thumbs up. Also did I mention that the owners are the sweetest.
Excellent place to eat at! Everything was amazing. We tried the gumbo macaroni cheese and the shrimp sandwich. It was nice and hot and freshly made. We will definitely come back. The owner and his fiancé were very nice people.
The food was good but service not so good. I ordered online said it would be ready at 7:30 ,got there and they hadn't started on my order. The one guy was nice but so busy as the one Mexican guy could only do certain things which the black guy had to tell him what to do...was getting orders mixed up.
Husband had the shrimp po boy and he said it was very good. His one observation was that the sauce provided lacked flavor. I had the gumbo and loved it. It was served hot and the portion was generous. It was accompanied by a piece of bread that was yummy!I will definitely be back for that yummy gumbo. The gentleman that helped us was SO sweet. They gave us a beeper but it didn’t beep…he brought the food out to us and even remembered who had what!! Great service!!
I really enjoyed the Gumbo. It had just the right amount of kick for me, definitely not too spicy. The sausage, chicken and shrimp in the gumbo were all cooked perfectly. I also tried the Mac and cheese and the shrimp Po boy. Both were excellent but the gumbo was my favorite.
The gumbo was very tasty, and I would have gave it 4 stars, but there was no crab in it. I wouldn’t have even ordered it had I known it was crabless ?And the shrimp had the tails on them. I didn’t like that either. 3 outta 4 ain’t too shabby tho.
This restaurant is amazing! I love the food and the service is also nice! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place and ate here. I hope they consider expanding so more people have a chance to eat here. We will be back for more delicious food.

The guy taking the orders was a bit aggressive and rude. I liked the food. It’s a great twist to traditional NOLA food.
This place is incredible, the food and the owner are A+. Cuban live music in the background and excellent beer from Alchemy Craft. I'm in heaven.....
