This place never has any buffalo sauce which is a buzz kill for me every time I order the 10 piece nuggets. I can't go without buffalo sauce with my nuggets. Keep your buffalo sauce supply high

Usually when I come to this location I have nothing but bad things to say but this time I had a very pleasant experience staff was nice food was hot a order was correct

Great breakfast specials, however, cashier not so friendly; couldn't understand my order and insisted she knew what I wanted. She was wrong. Recieved my order at the window, no comment from her.

Very bad staff who does not listen, manager was also very rude to us and gave attitude. She shouldn’t be working here.

I ordered my food for family on my way home, they didn't give me a recipient, I yried calling and they never picked up. I was short several items on my ordered. Couldn't go back cause to far from home.

It is a good quality food like you might eat at a quality restaurant it's a quickie.

I tried to add to my order at the window and the jack in the box employee made excuses because I had one car behind me in the drive thru. Then when I arrived home I realized they gave me a dried chicken sandwich with old lettuce instead of my extreme sausage combo. But at least they got the hash brown that comes with the combo right. Don’t waste your money. There are other fast food establishments with better customer service and attention to detail in the surrounding area.

I went today to the drive thru at 12:10AM and wasn't able to order food even though they close at 1AM, the drive thru times are posted online AND outside the drive thru window. I'm not sure if Carlos is his real name but he was very sarcastic and didn't want to take my order even though they didn't close for another 50 mins. I always come to this Montebello location on Sundays after work, I'm always off at 12A and go straight to Jack's and have never has this problem, when I told him that it says that they close at 1AM he said "where does it say that?" And I pointed to the drive thru times right next to him and he replied with "well what does it say for Sunday?" And I told him AGAIN 1AM, then he replied with "well we need time to clean and I can't take your order". I'm not sure why he wasn't able to help me and I would appreciate it if you guys can talk to him and let him know how the drive thru hours work. It's wrong that they were still open and weren't able to take my order even though the times were posted. Very disappointed with the service today

The caramel Ice coffee is really good and the price is excellent ?

The manager gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich this morning. When I returned to get the correct sandwich they gave me the same one. The sandwich I ordered is priced incorrectly on their advertised sign inside on the menu board. The manager tried to be clever and say that the pricing is wrong. This issue is not my fault and they did not want honor their mistake. I eventually was able to get the sandwich I ordered after making a scene. The management staff needs to be retrained in customer service.
