I really like the customer service, the manager is friendly and the staff is kind . Would have given five stars but the the cleanliness wasn't all that good but I would still go back..great place to hang out with family after church
Such good customer service! They event lent me dish washing soap in a cup to clean spilled soy sauce in my car ? such a nice guy that helped me out!
Hate this place I ordered food in their app and got to the restaurant and after they took my money they said they had no order from me and no food.. they still have yet to answer my messages or refund my money

Short staffed. Didn't give me my French fries. Hash browns were cold. Customer service was excellent so giving them 3 stars for that fact, because that's half the battle.

Bought an Ultimate Cheese Bacon Burger combo. This has been my favorite since high school. When you order the combo you use to feel the weight of the burger in the bag. But since wages went up the product went down in size. It still tastes good but it felt like a appetizer. Ordering was fast. Customer service was good. Prices are high.
I tried to use the app here, STRIKE OUT! I went to two other JACK in the Box's and STRUCK OUT at both of them too! No one working there could help me. Oh well JACK, nice knowing you, GOODBYE!!
