Hair in my food.They were happy to replace it.I downgraded my burger because I know it costs them money to fix their mistake, though, I know I could make it at home for a small fraction of the price.Generally a great place to get food.Okay prices.Tasty food.Clean interior.Mask on while out of your seat.Some seats are off limit for distancing.A couple of outdoor tables are available.Been coming here for over a decade.My burrito was long but lacked filling; look how thick it is compared to the sauce container.If you delete my review again, your rating will feel it; I keep track of all my reviews.
Food is excellent as well as service. I don't know the m name of the cashier that took our (mine and my wife's) order, but she was of good service.... I give the Golden Ox five stars.....
Order four burgers and 2 out of the 4 burgers were burnt we couldn’t even eat them. The fries heavily salted and there drinks are all watered down wouldn’t recommend. Food overpriced I would have gotten back and complain but I was already home in SB

I ordered food for delivery, the order was 2 sets of fries and a double cheeseburger and guess what I got instead when it was delivered to me... One just one order of fries and guess what, I did get a refund for the burger which made the price go from $21 to $12 can you imagine 1 ORDER OF FRIES FOR $12 just terrible
The Golden Ox Burgers is one hand fully burger spots I go to for burgers and delicious pastrami especially that item their pastrami is so juicy cook right. They also quesadilla also good but their burger are probably the best
Very nice customer service at the drive thru, it didn't take long to get my food. I don't live in Montebello anymore but had an errand to run in the area and drove here for some food. It still taste exactly as I remember from my high school days. It brought back some good old memories as soon as I took a bite of my burger and fries. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm going to come back.
Great place to have breakfast. Love their Grande: Ham, Sausage, Bacon, Hash browns,and eggs. Plus two pancakes! It's really worth the price. Everything else is good too.
The food is great at this location & the cooks are amazing and prepare the food to the costumers specifications. The one draw back is the older Hispanic woman with the tight ponytail who takes orders. She constantly has an attitude, like the costumer is doing her a favor. To avoid her, order inside with the younger ladies they're friendly and offer additional ketchup & chili's
