I like Carl's because they do a lettuce wrap without hassle and it's one of the better fast food places where they do it neater. Some places have really sloppy lettuce wraps. Given that though, the prices have increased dramatically relative to other fast food burger places. Any combo is around $10. If you get any of the other bigger burgers you're looking at $15 or so, at that price I'd rather go to a sit-down at local chains for a similar priced meal.This particular restaurant is usually pretty clean and the service is good. For some reason their fountain machine was not working, the workers serve your your drink. Maybe is covid related, so I won't make a big deal about that one.
For 3 people working this place was busy but they kept it professional good job keep it up
Just drop here and have some ice cream. My on the go to have some good snack or brunch. That was always good customer service.
The food is ok, its fast foods, i dont eat meat and this is my way to cheat, in a way. I gave five stars because of one guy that placated me. The initial person, who took my order, put the order wrong and i said the cost didn’t match up with the other times i ordered a beyond meat super star combo. When i got the burger it was in a wrapper not stamped, “beyond meat”. I opened it up and saw pink in the middle of the patty. I went in and a guy, i assumed who was a shift manager, assured me that it was a beyond belief patty, its made with beets. After making two of my family members taste the patty, and eating it a bit, it was a beyond meat patty. So i owe an apology to the guy that assured me. Im sorry. Thanks for handling my neuroticism calmly and politely. ?
We were greeted by a very nice good day how are you. We actually had to wait quite a while for our food to come. My chicken was a little dry but everything else was very nice
I don't know how this place is still in business. The food is expensive, especially when you can go to a craft burger house and get a solid burger for the same price. Overall, the best thing about Carl's is their drink selection.

Customer service is great! Drive-thru staff is attentive. Food is prepared quickly. Minimal wait time. Dipping sauces and ketchup are always included in the order. Unlike other fast food place, there is no need to request.
