Good costumer service and food is fresh all the time.
I was craving the delicious impossible burger today. 2 days before the Super Bowl. Saw the advertisements on local tv for the 2 for $6 mix and match.Well, this is one of the MANY locations that don’t have the locally advertised specials.So I ordered a fish sandwich. It came out BLACK AND CRUNCHY!!! Gross!!!Also the chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry and crunchy. I am very dissatisfied!!! What a waste of time and money. BTW, I was their only customer in this busy mall.After seeing the other reviews of this location. I say just shut it down if you can’t manage it!!!! But this is very common experience from other BK’s in the LA area!
I’ve gone on 3 separate days at 3 different times and everytime there is a sign saying they will be back in 15 or 30 minutes. I do not understand when the restaurant will be open.
Awesome burgers and fries, with Soda flavors. Awesome cheesecake too.
The cashier does not know how to use the coupon and took me nearly 10min to place the order.Guess it ain’t fast food.
Running into same issues posted from others with them closing early and refusing to give a refill

Rushed in 15 minutes before 9pm "closing time" they turned me away saying they close at 8:50 😑 they the proceeded to ignore my phone calls to ask who the manager was. I'll be writing the corporate office about this issue.
