To be completely honest, I was very disappointed in the service and food quality. I’ve eaten many times at BJs before and I’ve never had a bad experience. This time was my first time at this specific location. The seating time was horrible even though there was hardly any people. It took about 25 minutes to get seated and it seemed as every employee didn’t want to be working. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and it was cold. On top of that, the restrooms were extremely dirty. There was blood in the stalls. Our waiter was very nice and I genuinely feel bad for working at a franchise that had such horrible management.
The food was all generally good. Huge detailed menu of options to choose from including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and a selection of entrees. It was kind of busy even at 10:30 at night. But once the food arrived it was good. The tacos and lemon chicken were delicious and well presented and the steaks were cooked to perfection.There is also a huge selection of drinks on tap and cocktails.
Let me start by saying that I really enjoy the customer service at this location and I love coming here. I just feel like they need to learn to clean their grills… and wear gloves when they hand off food. My plate had fingerprints all around it and under the plate was dirty. My boyfriends Brussels sprouts were burnt and his steak tasted like charcoal. This isn’t the first time but I felt like I needed to post this…
Our waiter Eric was great super friendly and courteous! The food was also excellent and came out fast we did have a minor issue with one of our dishes but the manger handeled it very well he was also very courteous definitely coming back and recommending this BJ's to friends and family great service great atmosphere ? ?
Place is always busy and pleasant. Waitress was nice, however she never refilled my water once. Other than that food was great. Unfortunately I didn't have photos of my food but..... Pepperoni explosion flatbread pizza was so good!!! Sliders tri tip was ok, I recommend the regular sliders for sure. Avocado rolls were pretty good as well. Had a great evening with my sisters .
My wife woke up feeling spontaneous one Saturday morning, and suggested we drive an hour into LA to try this amazing hot dog place he'd tried the other day while in LA for work. He must have seen the look of confusion on my face since I'm a vegetarian and wasn't sure why I would find this trip exciting, so he then said "oh they have vegetarian hot dogs!" And then I thought - OK, now you're talking.
My sister and I had a great time! Good food and great service!
Had a nice dinner with my brother and his girlfriend. Service was a bit slow but then it was pretty crowded. The staff was very nice and patient.
I have nothing to complain. Food here is always good, tasty and freshly made. Surely be back here.
