First of all these employees would rather stand around and shoot the breeze then help and serve customers. We waited 10 mins to get seated to an almost empty restaurant. Then finally got a table and sat down, and proceeded to wait another 10 mins. To which no one came over to our table at all. We then got up n left. This is not the first time it has happened. The food could be good but we will never know. This was the second chance, we will never go back.
I tried to place a phone order and was unable to get to an actual person. Had my wife try calling and she had the same experience. I figured they must be having issues with incoming calls. After arriving and placing an order to goI noticed that they purposely had the phone off the hook to prevent any phone orders coming in. I placed my order and they had only 4 tables being waited. Waiting staff was playing and joking around as people looked frustrated with service. It's staffed by what looks to be nothing but teenagers. This was a great place when it first opened but seems to have gone down hill and hit bottom.
The pizza was spectacular! The only problem I really had was that I didn't order another to go. Wings were solid especially with the thoughtful side of carrots. I will definitely come back when nearby the area.
This is the best place to eat in the city! Great fettuccini and pizza, not to mention the hot wings. The service is great also always friendly and polite. Two things up for sure??
It's hard to find good pizza in SoCal. This is probably the best dough and sauce combination I've had since moving here. The garlic parm crust was very tasty but the pizza would have been just as excellent without it. Worth your time and coin
Great food, friendly staff, and excellent service! Let's tip our frontline workers more while they serve clients to have a great night out with all the craziness going on! I definitely enjoyed the dryrub more! Appreciate the suggestion by the servers!!!! Thank you!!
Not horrible but not great. If you're a Montebello local you'll be disappointed to find that the menu is different now. Used to love some of their signature pizzas and now they're completely changed. I used to love the old menu items so personally I wouldn't go back, but if you're looking for a decent restaurant to try and you're new to this place it's an okay place. Beer is great! That's about all I'd go back for, and the cheese balls remained the same fortunately.
My Babygirl and I sat outside in the patio had some craft beers and some wings. The heater was on and the service was exceptional ? such a cozy feelingThank You !!
Service was good and got happy hour pricing.Food quality was disappointing though. The chicken wings were overcooked and tough to chew on. The last time I went to Alondra Wings (Paramount) I remember the food being way better.
Love the pizza and wings.. But needs a better variety of beer options. Service was great.
