Worst place I've been to... Got my order wrong, fries were soggy and unseasoned...waited almost an hour for a simple order for one. Feels like they never cleaned soda machine, it tasted like dirt...Never going back there!

Went here today was told 10 minz waited actually 55 minz the bathroom was dirty dirty the food was about a 2 …….not cooked well at all just disappointed to be honest
Ordered a voodoo fry and the guy said oh we don’t have fries like that u want me to just put the buffalo sauce and ranch and I said umm yea (since I work at wings stop myself and I know how to make it) and he goes ok I can do that then charges me for two sides of buffalo sauce and two sides of cheese and I get my fries and it’s just fries and two cups on sauce and one cheese like next time I’ll just go make them myself
Worst wingstop of all time. Makes me wait 30 minutes for my order forgets my ranch and doesn't comp anything. Also impossible to call. Shut this franchise down asap

I called to place and order and they said please hold 5 minutes later I call with another # and they take my order leaving my other phone on hold I placed my order at 5:15 pm they said 30 mins and it really took them 1 hr 25 mins for only 10 wings rediculous never coming again plus they don’t have costumer service experience
Definitely the worst Wingstop I've been too. Took forever to even place my order even tho the store was completely empty. Then I noticed how dirty it was. The floors were covered in a slippery film that had dirty footprints all over it. The tables still had trash all over them. There was little flies flying around everywhere. The soda machine was sticky filled with trash and out of almost every drink. It was a mess honestly. Definitely going to a different location next time.
Gave them some extra time to get my order ready. When I get there they have only wings ready nothing else. They tried sending me home with only thighs.. my order was short 2 large fries and 6 rolls. 2 bags of food missing I told them to cancel the order they refused I literally paid for trash. Luckily air fryers are a must now adays. I had to cook my own wingstop because the garbage they called edible was not I spat out a half cooked chicken thigh it was pink....... beware of this location. Never expect food to be right or on time.
Their online system was not working so I attempted to call and place a phone order but they dont even pick up their phones. Talk about no customer service.
