Please train staff better. The sticker on the window says “ketchup and salt upon request”. I got home and did not getting any butter or sour cream for my sour cream and chive baked potato. It literally has sour cream in the name and did not think I would have to request it. It’s comes with it.
Look's beautiful nicest Wendy's I've seen clean and respectful employees but they have given us the entire incorrect order other than that the food was good.
Brand New! So glad this place is finally here. Wish it was there a couple years ago when I worked in the area. Service was excellent. Food was prepared well. Thanks for the great experience.
The lady at the drive through is rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about
Been through the drive through and walked in. Nice, new Wendy's. Food was fresh and hot both visits. Polite, quick service. I can recommend this Wendy's. They are located on south side of Holt in parking lot in front of grocery store. Well lit parking lot. They are next door to the Carl:s on Central and Holt, but they have separate driveways.
Waited in line for 20 min and I could see from the window that the manager was being aggressive to the employees, the employees look young too, the manager has no right to be treating their employees like that.

Very bad customer serice, wait was more than 15 minutes and the whole order was wrong. Workers seemed stressed and even after i repeated my order at the window 3 times, the food wasn’t the right order and was cold.
