Don’t go to this location. They’re service and food are terrible. I’ve been here several times hoping they’d clean up their act, but no dice. They’d take your order and repeat it to ensure everything was correct, which it was. Then once you pick up the food, and open it, they’d either have forgotten to add one of your orders or if you specially order a meal, they wouldn’t make it the way you asked. Aside from that, their crunchy tacos always come out soggy causing the taco shell to easily break from the bottom and their chips would sometimes be stale. I personally say save your money and go somewhere else. No longer am I coming back to this location.
Employees are just hanging out, chatting about their personal lives and ignoring customers. Took them 20 minutes to make 2 tacos and when I asked then why was taking so long, they were giggling saying the fries are taking too long.Hire more professional people.
Walked in and no one greeted us. Heard an employee say “I’m on my 10” as if he couldn’t come help us. Cool, he’s on his way 10 but there was other employees who could have came to help. They were cussing and talking as if they had no customers in the store. We walked out and Definitely won’t be back.
I went around 5pm April 2nd 2022 David was the manager at that time there were six employees at the time and only one was working and the rest were talking about their personal life and just standing around and ignoring the customers two customers were already returning with their stuff and complaining and nobody cared to put attention to them and when I complained about my two hard shell tacos they said oh my God she said it's cold and she said they're hard and they started laughing I didn't see anything funny about that cuz I paid a lot of money to get trash food. Also they got a B rating if I would have seen that before walking in and all the reviews and complaints I probably shouldn't have order anything. So no I don't recommend doesn't matter how many staff members they change and stuff doesn't look like the owners doing anything to change and save his restaurant bad super bad customer service and experience. -1,000/10
I was told that after the last car their system crashed and needed a reboot. 15 minutes to come back up again. 15 minutes or more later I see a car go through the drive thru so I go in as well. I was told the exact same thing. So twice this happens, to me. I don't believe it, and the staff was rude in helping. Maybe I could wait at the window or take my order for when it comes back up. Nothing. No suggestions. I use this location during the day and no issues. I guess the night crew just couldn't care at all.
Went around 2pm today. Some employee smoking a cigarette out front yells “We’re Closed!” as I pull up to the drive thru speaker. Was told over the speaker that “the cashier went on lunch” and they couldn’t take my order for at least 30 minutes!!!! Wasted my entire lunch break stuck between cars in the drive thru. This store needs a manager or something. ?????
I came on a Friday and they said they are out of chicken, cheese and hot sauce. Always forget to give me hot sauce and when they do only one hot sauce packet per two tacos
Just moved to this location and I have never been as disappointed in a fast food joint. Love Taco Bell and I am sad that the closest one to me is so horrid. 3 times now we come around 7-8 pm, when the store hours show 11 or 12, and the store is “closed.” I’ve seen the workers car and outside every time. Also have went and they are out of basic ingredients like chicken or chips!
Better than the T.B. on Indian Hill but not by much. Don't go after 3:16 p.m. diner is CLOSED! After that time they have 1 drive thru employee manning the window and a cardboard box working the kitchen. Unreal. Do not go here.
I think they might be training a new crew still going to the drive-thru took a little time I wanted to add something to my order at the window and instead charging me he gave me some cinnamon twists for free. Everybody was new at some point so I can forgive the learning curve the manager handled it well, compensated me for my time with the free cinnamon twists. If this is how they are acting when they are new I can only imagine how much better it will be once they're more experienced great work great service I will be returning
