I have been going here for a long time but after what happened today they lost their selves a customer. I came in here yesterday and today with a 100 dollar bill and they said “We don’t have change” now I understand because sometime you just don’t have enough change but still I got pretty annoyed because I didn’t see any sign saying “No 100 dollar bills” or something like that and they specifically said we don’t accept 100 dollar bills so what?? How was I supposed to know?? Then when the lady who was attending us asked her manager just to make sure they didn’t have change and she talking to us in Spanish but the manager said “I don’t speak Spanish” and he wasn’t even going to talk to us but we know English too so that was lucky but still honestly he wouldn’t have even talked to us if we hadn’t know English they had bad service and I’m never coming here ever again. Don’t come here you might have this same experience this is just a warning ⚠️ to not come here.
The staff is so friendly and my coffee is always on point. I love this location
Drive through is the worst, when you get to the speaker to place your order they say "please wait" every time.. long lines over 10 minutes, never has the items you want, faster to go inside- BUT today- they had a sign drive through only. The only Starbucks in this area with these issues. I have gone through and left to go to another location.
Google says they are open until 8pm (6:45pm when I went) but their door says drive thru only but they have the drive thru blocked with cones. This Starbucks sucks

Pretty disappointed. I showed up here about 30 minutes before I had to take off for an important meeting. I never take the drive thru since it's always ridiculously over packed. It was clear that this Starbucks was understaffed. I gave them my order and paid only for another customer to show up 10 minutes later and get his order way before me. It was obvious the crew knew him since they had a very long and giggly conversation, making sure to take care of his order before others that showed up before him. I hate being that customer that has to get up to complain but 25 minutes for one Starbucks drink was just ridiculous. Do better. I will not be returning. Note to self, stick to the Starbucks I usually go to.
I have been here 2x in my life and it’s been closed during operating hours???1st time was Halloween night. I was at the location 1hr prior to closing time and they put cones in the drive through and the guy said they were closed.2nd time Dec. 11 Saturday at 7pm.Such a shame
This morning I waited 20 minutes for a white hot chocolate they had to make it TWO times because the lost the 1st one this is not the 1st time this has happenedme! SO MAD
Waited 8 different times in the last month for them to decide to open up . 5:30 am is opening time … They open anywhere from 5:35 to 5:45” never remove cones from drive thru”…. And 3 times got my order wrong won’t be going back to this location.Stay away from this location
