Great customer service. Coffee was ok.
Considering the fact I was just So happened to be in the area at the time this place was pretty cool. I was able to get My Americano and refill along with a couple of smoke's outside without any kind of streSS from their management or employees and I Was Able to Chill'out for a while I'm Impressed and like this store
This location takes a minimum of 30 minutes to complete any order at any time of day, whether they're very busy or not. I once placed a mobile order, and 40 minutes later, I came in to pick up my drink: they hadn't even started my order and weren't going to start it any time soon. I was late to work and didn't even get my coffee. This has been my experience EVERY time I come to this location. Other than the ridiculous wait times, they're fine. They need to open another drive thru near here.

Man I wish I would have asked the guys name! But he had the most excellent customer service, when they didn’t have my drink he offered a substitution close near it and even asked me to taste it in case I did not like it. I liked it even better than the usual. Great employees here.
The staff here make you feel at home and they are very courteous. Shout out to Trevor for taking that extra step and providing that personalized customer experience!
Worse service ever.I had purchased a venti chai tea latte and They literally gave me water with cream. This store is the most convenient because it’s close to my job but I will definitely will avoid it forever.
Carmel Brulee Latte should be on the menu year round!
