Was seated and ignored for 30 minutes. As we were leaving the manager said " Thank you". I told him, for what? We waited for 30 minutes, no one came to say hi, take our order, nothing. And this is my birthday. Nice.We went next door to Pier 88. Much better food. Lower prices. And much much better service.

The staff was very attentive and added to a very enjoyable time. The food from the appetizers to the full meal was awesome and we were very pleased. We will be back.
It's been a while since we've been to Red Lobster. My husband had cravings for clam chowder, so we said, "what the heck". Our waiter's name was Logan. He was so very attentive and very nice to us. Our food, drinks, bill were all served/presented in amazing time. We haven't gone to Red Lobster for awhile due to the usual bad service. Logan changed our minds that night. Logan you are a wonderful waiter!

This was a surprise dinner from my hisband and we have nm ot been in a very long time to Red Lobster. The menu has been revamped adding some new items and daily specials and some other items have been removed. I opted for the Wednesday Daily Special Steak & Lobster with 2 sides...mine were baked potato and a side salad (cheese, tomatoes, and croutons included). Hisband order the Shrimp Linguine and said it was delicious. Our server Katherine with a K was a pleasure and I would hire her! She helped us with the electronic pay thing where we discovered we had 3 rewards! 2 soft drinks and my birthday desert...sweeet! Chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Yum
Aileen our waitress was awesome and very nice, she brought our food right away was always checking on our table if we needed anything and gave us great suggestions too. I forgot to take pictures! But anyways had a lovely time and dinner.
System went down, reservation was not available. Wait wasn't too bad. 30min. One meal was missing a side. My baked potato was the smallest I've ever seen. Service started off strong, but ended pretty weak.

Computers were down so my Open Table reservation couldn't be honored. Luckily our wait was around 15 mins. Our server Marco was very friendly and attentive. However, we were seated in a space with very little light which made it very hard to read the menu. Food was delicious and we really enjoyed the Lobster and Langastino pizza.
