Shrimp is bomb and friendly staff but clearly understaffed and be prepared to wait awhile really nice workers gave my kids free stickers, fortune cookies, and upgraded my drink for the wait Thank you guys!

Great service small portions but good food
Nice employees and good food. This store does a good job of forecasting sales/orders so that the food that is pre-cooked does not sit too-long in the heated display bins where the customers view and order. Further to that, I do not mind one bit if I need to wait for a fresh order to be completed if the display bin is empty as the chef's wok-it-up quickly and deliciously. The reason for the one-less star is I wanted to try a new menu item that was displayed in ad banners in-store but the employee stated the item was unavailable because the sauce ingredients for the dish were delayed due to supple-chain issues. Perhaps that is not the fault of the store but take down the display for the new item until it is indeed available.
Wow, spoke with the workers they deep clean the restaurant every few days, all staff members are very friendly and helpful ?

I love Panda, but this store can not seem to ever get my order right! My coworkers and I stopped going for over 6 months for this very reason. We opted to give them another chance and yet again, they can't get the simplest orders right! All I wanted was sweet and sour sauce with my egg rolls, really is that too much to ask for?
