I used to love McDonald's, I mean LOVE It. was a treat to go there when I was growing up. It may have been the 3rd franchise to open in the small town I lived in growing up in MI.But as of, actually I not quite sure when it started to turn, probably after they changed the menu. When the pies were fried right there at the restaurant. They were boiling + hot, but really really tasty. (But really really bad for you)it wasn't like today with tiny little apple baked good.The last cheeseburger I had might of well have been a grilled cheese sandwich. The meat patty was so small and thin, you couldnt even see it in the bun. The fries? I think they were from yesterday's lunch. They always seem to be soggy and not cooked all the way. Mc Donald's always had the best fries, no more. If their not soggy then they are cold and stiff.Shakes/ice cream? Does the machine work yet?!?!?!?What the heck happened to the $1 menu? GONE!!!! it takes half a paycheck to pay for for food for the family. Think about it, if it costs 2 people to eat 2 meals totals $35.00. just think if you have kids. Is the prize in the Happy meal really worth that much?I wouldn't spend that much on what McDonald's is serving today at all.Unfortunately,I lost my love for McDonald recently. I refuse to eat there. I mean all I tasted when eating my cheeseburger was bread, cheese, ketchup a pickle,and a bit of mustard no meat at all and when I looked in the bun, that patty was so flat and thin there was no point of putting it on the bun. And now with all the prices rising we are paying more for smaller portions of food..The only good things at McDonalds anymore is their Coke and Coffee.WHERE ARE THE DANG MCDONALD LAND COOKIES WITH RONALD'S FRIEND FACES ON THEM?!?!?!
Don't go to this establishment. They watered-down the coffee in the drive-through . It happened 4 weekends in a row!!!! Shame on the management for letting this happen.
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru line. All food was cold and the sprite was only soda water. Will NEVER go back. Total disrespect for the customer.
The food was basic mcdonalds food. The inside of the place while dining in was a little dirty. Some stuff were a little rude.
They are constantly out of food items.. and twice this week they’re out of unsweetened ice tea.. last week they didn’t have ice for cold drinks..how do you run a restaurant business when you don’t have menu items.. they also don’t use all Mc Donald’s products…
Manager lady bt 5’6 looks like she’s not helpfulBut the shorter manager lady is very helpful n sweet!Oil for the fries need changingNo matter how hot u gt them let them sit and u can tell oil needs changing…
This one really sucks they are always out of honey dipping sauce almost always and the last two times I took my mom and my grandma's friend they ordered quarter pounders and they were both raw inside they fixed it and made it right for me my grandma's friend they messed up her refund changed her for it twice then issued the refund they ignored her questions after this I'm only taking them out for Dunkin doughnuts
Decided to grab breakfast and a coffee. Heard 2 ppl before me complaining. Didn’t think much of it. Got my medium coffee. That was filled 3/4 of the way up. Then was told the machine does it on its own. They took it to fix my order and handed me back the same cup. Nothing different. Not topped off. Not a new one. Same cup. Got annoyed and left. Excellent customer service. I travel past others literally just to go to this one
