I love this place after midnight the guys who work the drive thru are awesome sooo nice even at that hr usually have to get a shake between 2 and 4 half the time that's when they clean the shake machine but when they know I'm waiting they always work fast good job guys!! I appreciate you!!
Came to drive through to order, started ordering than the guy taking my order said hold on a minute I said sure ok and I waited 2 -3 minutes total and finally said hello are you ready to take our order? He said “does it look like I’m ready to take your order” then I thought he was joking because the way he said it, so I said man you shouldn’t be working at jack in the box you should be a famous comedian as a complement, he said you know what your order is canceled and when I got to the window I asked him why is my order getting canceled for he wouldn’t open the window or talk to me I was trying to talk to the manager, very unprofessional!

Order online and because i was too fast they made me go through the drive thru again, so instead of being fast service it turned into a wait of a few minutes. People who ordered after me got their food hot while my food was so so warm.
This Jack in the Box was actually nice and the staff took care of the order. This location was better than the other locations like Ontario. Other locations got the order wrong and some of the food was in bad shape. This location actually took care of the food and customers.
It's Jack in the box. They have the best classic cheeseburger of all the main fast food places. The service here is always pretty quick, they used to have a problem giving our fries but they seem to have fixed that now and I no longer get cold stale fries when I go anymore.
Went on Sat. During lunch line was long so i walk in got my order faster than the line outside. My ultimate cheese burger and fries hit the spot. Thanks Jack
