This is the worst location ever. Waited in line about 25-30 minutes. We get to the window to pay, good thing I looked at my receipt it wasn't even what we ordered. Finally got that straightened out. We had ordered a regular guacamole and chips. Turns out to be a small. Our quesadillas were cold. I ordered a coke they gave me diet. No salsa or anything. Oh, and half my chicken was burned. I will never go to this location again.

Two things are consistent at the Pollo Loco Central/Philly location. They don't listen to your order as they are too rushed to get you the h-ll out and if they don't get it wrong there's items missing from your order. If you ask anything when they hand you your food they insist "It's in the bag" only to believe them and when you get home something is missing. So why do I even come here??? While the food is good and prices have gone up, the service really s--ks.

Good chicken, they just get your order wrong most of the time. Make sure you check your order before your leave it may be missing something no matter what you order

The food's simply amazing. They are always able to complete my order and the taste is consistently good. One of my new favorite restaurants.

Worst El pollo loco ever.I went here on my lunch for workI asked for a two piece combo and asked for breast and wingI was never given a breast or wing but I was given two wings insteadI told her I wanted coke as well she kept telling me if I wanted sprite I said no around 3 times and repeat myself in a nice manner, I have worked fast food and retail and know customs are crazy at times so I make sure to never act like that towards a worker.I asked for chips with red salsa and she asked with I want gac I told her no then she said “so you want chips and gac” and I said “no I am sorry I can’t have gac I am allergic to avocado” she asked me again if I wanted gac and I told her again I didn’t want it because I am severely allergic to it and I will end up in the er and suffocate. I am highly disappointed and It would make it better if they could remake my order but I can’t go back as I have to clock in right now in 2 minutes. I opened my bag with chips and I only have the green avocado sauce , what was the point in saying I am severely allergic and wanted only red sauce to have this worker give me green avocado sauce. If I didn’t check and took it for granted that it had no avocado and ended up in the er that would have been a major lawsuit. I opened the container to smell if it had avocado and now my chest is very tight and I feel short of breath. I have allergies to many stuff even medicines allergies isn’t something to play with. I called the store manager to tell them and explain my frustration and I can’t get ahold of a manager only one of the workers.

I waited for 25 min in the drive thru only to get an un chopped lettuce in my salad and dry corn as my side…I love el pollo loco but this site keeps disappointing me since 2021

This El Pollo Loco is by my work, but one of my least favorite. It was remodeled within the last few years, but in general it always seems dirty (even pre Covid). But my last order there was the worst. I ordered online pickup at lunch time. I arrived to find no online pickup parking spots (like other locations) and the dining room locked. I get that Covid is constantly changing things, but tell me when I place my order. I then had to get in the ten car deep drive thru line, waiting 20 minutes to get my stone cold food. If that was the case I would have just ordered through the drive thru as I would have got fresh food.

Dinning in between 530-630pm not a good idea, super long wait, no acknowledgement for the wait, staff just looks at you like you are there to ask for a free meal, after sometime Sonia came from the back and greeted everyone,
