Well been using this tore for 5 + years now. Have not had a bad meal yet. Drivers are polite and sincerly seem to care that your meal arrives as you expect. I will continue to use this store.
Very bad customer service. Even the manager couldn't help either. Very rude and they didn't even want to deliver to my address. Do Not Order From this Domino's. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..
57 minutes of waiting for a single pizza after being notified it was ready, and after placing the order 3 hrs in advance.
The second time I ordered from this establishment, customer service was fine. It was a busy night, curb side pick up was late but not by much. I got a free pizza for my troubles. I highly recommend you order using the app.
Horrible experience!!! I placed my order through the app and I got a message that stated "skip the line, go straight to the counter for pickup"...When I arrived, I noticed there were 2 others inside the building waiting for their food, so I wait for the cashier to finish helping the other customer and show her my pickup notification. She tells me, sorry but we can only have one customer inside at a time, you'll have to wait outside while I help the other person because she was here waiting. Mind you, it was a cold night, and it was raining!!! She finally gets to me and gives me my food, she doesn't apologize for throwing me out in the cold rain, and when I ask about their "Carside Delivery" which is clearly advertised on their store window, she looks at me so confused. She tells me "I don't know how that works". I was so upset, but out of respect I just took my food and left, I didn't want to make a scene. Domino's, you need to hire more professional employees and properly train them on customer service skills. Definitely won't be going back there.
I love this domino's it's the best one In the area by far pizza, chicken, ect always hot and delicious. That's why there always busy but still fast with orders . Keep up the good work thank you

They gave me all the wrong items and no condiments that were asked for . They should really check what they are handing out to the customer rather than having us waste our money and time . Never again ordering from this location
