Came in and grabbed a order to go because I was in a rush. Asked for a drink and idk who this guy was at the register or if he’s new but he forcibly tossed the cup in the bag? Do people just walk out with an empty cup or something. On top of all that he didn’t handle any bag with care. Also, there was no rush or line at the time so it’s not like he had to keep the line moving.
I had 3 crunchy tacos that were fantastic. The employers were great.

I love going to this place it is the food is really really good we've gone there for a while now and every time I go I am never never disappointed I'm the food is very seasoned other people there are friendly and their patient will in the willing to work and help you and making your your sandwich or burrito or tacos and but this time this is the very very first time that they messed up on my food it will me and my daughter got us food mixed up they didn't work who food was who said that was the first time but everybody's entitled to one mistake right

I ordered a simple Chipotle order, nothing they don’t do every day, only to receive the order via Grubhub with a portion of the order incomplete. Queso with NO CHIPS, Guacamole with NO CHIPS! Come on Chipotle, this is your business, how do you do the same thing every day and still get it wrong, particularly this degree of wrong.Get it together

Just bought chips and guacamole and the chips we got are not the chipotle chips we usually get from other locations. These are straight tortilla chips from the store. I’m very disappointed, I can’t believe they think we wouldn’t notice. Please don’t try to fool us, also to the male employee trying to flirt with the young lady please try to do it outside of work, you make customers feel awkward and uncomfortable
