Chilis is my favorite restaurant and I eat at Chilis at least five times a week, however the management at this chilis is easily the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s mainly the lady manager who overcomplicates any requests and is completely incompetent. Literally every time she is working my order gets screwed up, every time she’s not working my order is completely right. It’s sad because I’ve ate here so many times and literally every time I eat when she’s working she completely ruins the experience and I’m not the only one, literally everyone says she is absolutely terrible at her job and should be replaced.
Got home after work at 10:15, was trying to order food from them. The website closed around 10:20-25, and I called the restaurant to place an order. While we waiting for our call to be transferred for about 4-5min (no one picking up), our call got disconnected right at 10:30. When we tried again at 10:31, front desk transferred us to the takeout department. Whoever answered told me they already closed after I shared our situation/trying to get an order in for 10 mins. We asked for a manager and if there was anything that could be done. Her response was "sorry, I already closed everything up for tonight. " Everyone's life is not so easy and we did not miss the time to place an order. You can clock out on the dot but don't ignore a request of help for the manager.

First time (finally) trying curbside. It was so easy and quick. I was surprised. I’ll do this more often.The server was nice!
Went here on a Friday night for dinner with 5 people total. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. There was only about a 15 minute wait. While the whole restaurant was a bit full, our waiter was kind and attentive, and kept our drinks full if we wanted them.The food pricing was pretty good as well! My girlfriend and I got their $25 for 2 people meal deal, and some of my friends got their $10.99 for 3 deal. The proportions were on bigger side and the whole table was full about 80 percent into their meals. The food tasted great! Free refills were included on our no alcoholic beverages as well.Lastly, the speed at which we got our food was impressive as well, especially with it being on a Friday night. I'd say we got all our food in about 12 minutes, which I'd say is very reasonable.Overall, I'd love to come back here sometime! 5 stars!
Over all goood food. Id go back for the tropical margaritas for sure....The servers did there best. We had a large party. But the babies food never came had to be put in last and had to take it home.
Super busy and late..Still Quality service and food in a timely manner..This is a frequent date night spot..Luved it
I love this place. Whatever i order is always on point and if you think other wise they are quick to offer you another.
