We (the grandparents visiting from our of state, & babysitting our 4 grandchildren for 4 nights) showed up w/5 children. To eat dinner, on 2/27, around 7:45 pm. One of them, 9 years old, needed to use the restroom before we ate dinner. There was a sign on the window that said "restrooms for customer use". We asked where it was, & were then told they didn't have a working bathroom! Is that even legal? What do the employees do when they need a restroom?! So I walked across the parking lot with my grandchild to 4 other establishments, being told at each one that we couldn't use their bathrooms either. We finally found one to use. Then we did return to Popeyes to join the others. I found my husband scrolling through his cell phone, looking for his immunization card photo record (he'd already ordered food for 4 kids & himself). I found the photo of my Immunization card & showed it. I said that we are from out of state, my husband HAS been immunized &gotten the booster, can't you please believe me. No, she said, he needs to keep looking for it. We took the food to a table so we could start feeding the kids (it was 8:00 pm by now). He did finally find it, & when it was taken to the counter to show a different employee, he barely even glance at it!! There's no way he even knew if that was his Immunization card! I should've just shown mine again! It was all a very frustrating experience! We will NOT be returning to any Popeye's.
Popeyes consistently messes up our orders. Both times I've gone to Popeyes, I am missing items.
I didn't service because ask fully vanstin to dine in . Nasty and cold food super crowded very rude working lady I will never order food again it's worst place buy food at I don't recommend it to go .
Customer service drive thru is truly awesome! Food is absolutely tasty!! The mac n cheese with the nuggets are sooo yummy together! Everything is absolutely delicious and they always make sure what you ordered is in the bag before giving it to you! I can see the excellent customer service and excellent quality of service to their customers! There is a line sometimes or many times but it is well worth the wait and the price is perfect!
waited 40 minutes for drive thru even though I got my order online. Each car took 10 minutes to get the order ready.
The best chicken in town can never go wrong delicious.

Roaches inside lemonade bottle, and inside chicken box, management hesitated on reimbursing. Terrible place for chicken.
Let's just say they know how to make chicken right :-).
