Service is excellent. Atmosphere could be a little more cozy but, decent nonetheless the less. The food is by far the nest I’ve had in awhile. Def not basic. A + for me
It was great! Parking is street only so you might have to walk a little. We were greeted and seated right away. We were seated outside so it was really hot! Our iced water became just water in minutes. Food took about 25-30 mins to come out but it was worth the wait. It tasted marvelous! Must try! Scallop potatoes crispy well done is a must
Tucked away in downtown Monrovia, this gem is a must-do for amazing service and delicious breakfast. Don’t miss the bacon and the sourdough toast, artisan quality! Eggs are prepared perfectly. Best of all, the servers are special! Ask for Joshua! He’s a “peach” for sure. You just have to like a place that offers a Mimosa Flight! There’s a public parking lot right around the corner so your trip is easy. Hope you enjoy this as much as we did.
Worth the wait! Cozy little cafe with awesome food. Love the farm fresh scramble and pancake combination. Not to mentioned, service is very friendly and fast. My husband enjoyed the weekend specials very much! Will definitely come back!
Great local place with fantastic food. We unfortunately did not find this until the end of our vacation to visit family but once we did it became a daily staple for our family. Being restaurateurs ourselves we recommend this restaurant. We loved the outdoor seating and everyone found something they had to have. Plus the service was as great as the food. Keep up the great work!
I loved my experience here! Waitress was efficient and friendly. The interior decoration was cute with a vintage look. Their serving sizes were generous. I ordered the peach oven baked pancake and it was so good. I had no idea what to expect, but it was the restaurant's special, so I decided to try it. This pancake is more like a cake. It is very soft (lots of eggs were probably used), with pieces of peach inside. The cinnamon drizzle gave it more sweetness. The dish itself was sweet enough that it didn't need any additional syrup, although I did add on some whipped cream (also didn't need that). I was eating dessert for breakfast. And it was HUGE! I had a hard time finishing the entire pancake. My husband had the banana nut pancakes. I think there were 5 pancakes in the dish, with bananas, pecans, and chocolate chips inside and outside. My husband really enjoyed his dish too, although it was dried than my dish and did taste better with syrup.
Cute little breakfast joint in Old Town Monrovia. Extremely friendly service. I ordered the Farm Fresh Scramble, Belgian waffle and a cappuccino. Everything was delicious. I'll return, especially for the fluffy scrambled eggs.
Food was absolutely delicious! The ambiance was nice and the service was on point. If you’re in the area I recommend stopping by for either breakfast or lunch, you won’t be disappointed.
Their customer service SUCKS. Our sever Dana was very rude and i filled out a a review on their website with a chance to win $500 and they deleted it while i was there, very bias because it seems it’s not what they wanted to hear but not only that they just replaced servers offering no apology , my food was wrong and had to be sent back. And anytime we asked for anything NICELY she had an attitude not sure why. Def not coming back though! Thanks
Came to this place for the first time today for breakfast. They offered great service, delicious food, beautiful history rich brickwork ambiance - what more could one ask for? Thank you! Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back for lunch.
