I ordered a pizza for take out.It wasn't that warm and I only live a few blocks away.Very little cheese and sauce. After we ate a few pieces my wife found a hair in one of the slices.We put it in the garbage where it belongs.Never again.

We called and ordered food through GrubHub for my son who is in the City of Hope hospital with cancer. We also ordered pizzas as a thank you for the nursing staff. We waited for an hour for the food to be delivered and then we received a text at the time that we were supposed to receive our food from GrubHub stating that the restaurant had canceled our order because they were"too busy". I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager is not there and is rarely ever there. When I explained the situation to the person on the phone they said the only people there were herself, the cook, and the delivery driver. When I asked why are delivery was canceled if there was a delivery driver there she could not answer me. I asked for the manager's name she said Albert but he's rarely ever here. I then asked who would have canceled the order and she said me my name is Anna. This is the most disappointed I have ever been with a restaurant. Even after explaining the situation to Anna she could not have cared less about the situation.

HIDDEN GEMThis place has wonderful pizza, pasta and calzones! (the items I've tried so far) My boyfriend and I keep coming back to try new items on the menu and we haven't been disappointed so far! The service is amazing, they have genuine staff members with warm personalities that truly care. This place is also very affordable/worth the price for the amount and quality that is served. Go and try the lunch specials if you're worried about costs! :)
Pizza and Lasagna are both excellent either on the patio or back at home. Considering that we got 3 meals out of our order it was quite reasonable. One thing we tried that is a little different was to have extra sauce added to the pizza, that is a winner!!!
Better then Pizza hut, sorry. The tops more then pizza hut and domino's
Good quality pizza with generous amounts of toppings; the crust is ok (6/10).The owner and employees are friendly and they gave us a discount without us asking. We ordered on a rainy day around 5:30pm and we were able to pick up our large pizza in 15-20 minutes. The prices are “good” for a speciality pizza place in downtown. I am giving this place 4/5 stars because the crust was a bit overdone.Another area of improvement is the way the call in order was handled. The conversation was pleasant but I had a hard time understanding the lady on the other side. Either she was rushed or the line wasn’t great. In either case, we communicated and I got my order in.
Poorly managed and slow service on 13-Dec-2021 at 7:15PM. Placed online order and arrived ~30min later at pickup time on receipt. Cashier indicates she hadn’t even looked at their “fax machine?! (sus)” and therefore the order hasn’t been started yet. So much for tipping in advance on pickup! Will be at least another 20min. Hope the food is okay. A few parties have walked in and been turned away 40 min before closing because they are so backed up. Not a pleasant experience for this fat, entitled American!
