I've always liked this restaurant. Their beef rolls, lamb skewers, juicy pork buns and beef noodles in clear soup taste very delicious and the best, the last little ice cream is also delicious!

Absolutely delicious hand pulled noodles here!! The texture is flawless! And their broths and sauces have lovely flavors as well. All around great experience here! Came in for a quick lunch midday on a weekday and started out as the only customers! So we had the place to ourselves but it was short lived haha! The ambiance is warm and welcoming with an industrial sort of feel to the decor. And they have a large viewing window towards the back where you can watch the noodle masters at work pulling those delicious noods!! So fun to watch! I ordered the Signature Beef Noodle Soup and you get to choose the type of noodle you want - I got the small flat which is their second level of chewiness according to their menu descriptions. Those noodles were perfect!! Absolutely perfect!! They were soft, delicate, and had the best texture of any noods I’ve had in the area hands down! The beef soup was lovely too! I added just a small splash of the vinegar and a tiny spoon of the chili sauce from the table and it was perfect also. My husband ordered a “create your own stir” with the same noodle choice of small flat, shiitake mushrooms, black mushrooms, zucchini and tofu. He loved it and I tasted a very small bit - good sauce flavor. And the tofu was soft on the inside and a tad chewy on the outside. The portions are ample as well. The soup is a great size - I was able to finish it but was definitely too full when I left LOL! We took half the stir fry home. The staff are attentive and very friendly! It’s super clean and spacious - a very comfy spot! Located in the Vons shopping center too so there’s plenty of parking and also other stores and dessert spots around as the shopping center is large! Will definitely be back.

The spicy beef noodle soup and the beef roll ups are very good! Would recommend the cut noodles.

One liner: One of the best handmade noodle soup places, especially among the other Noodle Street restaurantsParking: lots, it is located in a supermarket plaza that is fairly large.Seating: mainly indoor but some outdoor seatingFood: I enjoy their triangular shaped handmade noodles in spicy beef broth (pictured). It is one of the best beef noodle soup places out of all that I've been to. Their broth is on the lighter side in terms of beef flavor and salt; it is also without MSG. Only the spicy beef noodle soup comes with chunks of beef, so I recommend that one. I wish their regular beef noodle soup had chunks of beef because the spiciness of the spicy beef noodle soup can make some people sweat. I've ordered their beef pancake before and I was somewhat sad it was not filled with as much meat as other places. Their house made dumples were great and highly recommended (it does take time for them to make it). Ive had their stir fry noodle dish but would not recommend it since it was greasy. I highly recommend sticking to their noodle soups with triangular shaped handmade noodles.

Pretty good actually, I like the level of customization and I learned a lot about different types of noodles. My meal ended up costing close to twenty dollars though, which seems pretty high for just noodles and veggies.

There’s a hair inside my food… please be careful and check before you eat.

The spicy beef noodle soup and the beef roll ups are very good! Would recommend the cut noodles.

Kung Fu at best! Why not use the ancient Chinese secret to make the best noodle possible? Well here it is. Also, calling Jjajangmyun a Korean Jajang noodle is cool, giving proper respect to where it really due, like Korean kimchi fried rice! Homemade yogurt was excellent, although it is on the bit expensive side. Pork veggie dumplings were juicy and sweet like they should be. Excellent all around, noodles are fresh and chewy, the server is attentive enough, and the prices are still reasonable. Keep up with the best Kung Fu moves when slicing those noodles!

If you like noodles this place has amazing hand made noodles. Get the knife/thick cut, you won't be disappointed. Also some great teas!

All the employees were very friendly and it was cool watching them make their own noodles. Amazing
