The order screen is wrong. I ordered off the 2-$6 menu and it came up wrong on the the screen. Then when I got to the window to pay. The guy tried to over charge me. Didnt care or try to see what I ordered after I told him he was telling me the wrong price. So after the guy who took my ordered came and solved the problem. I get home to find out they still put onions on my burger. Terrible experience!
April 2022 - Drive thru. Didn't walk in.Yes this is a review for McDonald's and yes it was much less than our usual decent experience.Service/Ambiance - I do feel bad for the staff having to hear complaints from customers about 'thin nuggets'. And I understand this is McDonald's but... these are ridiculously thin. What really bugged me though was that when we called in to let them know about this, the staff immediately said they were aware of the issue and there's nothing they can do about it. I don't blame the person who answered the phone at all but I do blame management and hope they see this because it sounds like you know there's an issue but are still jipping people by selling thin nuggets at regular price! If you're going to sell spicy chips, then don't call them nuggets.
Took way to long and what seems like a McDonald's characteristic they get the order wrong. Had to settle for the food they gave me because it would have taken long to get our order corrected.
I always get exceptional service here! I even wonder if I'm at chick fil a. ? 100% mcdonalds quality service and employees are respectful and patient. They try to satisfy the customers picky demands and put up with with unessesary rudeness. I wish I can tip the workers because they deserve it and work hard and give pleasant service sometimes even better than at "fancy" restaurants, they will soon be considered fancy restaurant to me. Lol

Worst experience at any McDonald's I have ever been to. Ordered a coffee only, had to wait until numerous large drive thru orders were filled before getting a simple cup of coffee. It is now Feb 20,2022 (9:20am)and their dining room is STILL closed. Drank my coffee in my car and when I asked for a refill was told no because I didn't drink it there.HUH? Everywhere else is open what extra risks are you running that you can't open?
I got to Mac's very hungry. The floor was taped completely off due to being mopped. I inquired about something I saw on T.V. The young man interrupted me prior to me finishing and said we don't have it. If I were not tired from walking I would have just left. He was a snot. I had a hard time eating a quarter pounder, no cheese and no secret sauce. This guy did not want to be good at customer service.
From my experiences with McDonald's, the food rarely tastes any worse or any better than any other McDonald's I have been to.The reason for the 4 star rating you just might ask?It's for the people who work there.In my opinion they go above and beyond what is deemed necessary nowadays.Time and again I have actually gone out of my way just to ear at this McDonald's.And you should too.
It amazes me how there is no good customer service with McDonald's. Even if you're the only person standing there it takes them 10 minutes just to acknowledge that you're there
Just eat I needed...filet o'fish still hits the spot.
