If I could give 0 stars, I would. We're on vacation from out of state and decided to try this place after hearing much about it. What a mistake! The orders were wrong. Instead of a single burger we got an entire meal, the sriracha burger had no sriracha, all the fries were cold, soggy, old, insipid and not safe to eat. We received the wrong drinks, the popcorn chicken was non existent and overly fried,making it more like popcorn rocks. McDonalds would've been a better choice. I ended up eating the "beef" patties and had a bad reaction to it. No indication of there was soy in the patty but after the allergic reaction I had, im sure it's not 100% meat. I just hope I'm ok enough to fly home tomorrow.
Came to this location to cash in on a Dodgers promotion. Nice location. Had to take off a star or two because the Coca Cola was empty here. Found out after the order went through. The beef patty was also bone dry. I gave an extra star because the staff was courteous. As some of these problems are beyond their scope. So I ended up settling on 4 stars. I would come here again. Hopefully the Coke is working and the meat isn't cardboard overcooked the next time.
Food's good services like whatever they got my order wrong like three times in the last three times I went
This place doesn't even deserve a star!! I am a Canadian truck driver went there 6:30pm they had the inside closed to the public understandable. She tells me I can order through Drive thru so I did. She then tells me she cant serve me unless I'm in a car. I tried to ask why or tell her I can't bring a truck and 53' trailer through but she wouldn't even reason or look at me just sat there on her phone. Well good on you guys I will NEVER give jack in the box any of my business EVER again and I will share that to anyone I know or brings them up. That chick has zero customer service skills probably shouldn't even be allowed to handle a customer's food
Excellent customer service and food quality. Takes ebt in driveway. Should be award winning.
The young lady at the counter who helped me very pleasant helpful funny outgoing food was okay all I that's for dinner was tacos two for what price?I told her that I got to eat these drive to LAX to get home she's got a smile wish me good luck thank you
They have a bathroom you can use.
Miss this jack in the box I used to live around the corner and I was amazed on how different it was and the food was amazing! The manager always seem to take pride in their work. Ty for your services! ❤️ ;)
This is one of the worst Jack in the box's I've ever been in.For starters,the bathroom was straight up disgusting.The food was greasy and the service was lifeless and basic. It's like a zombie was helping us.We stopped there because we had limited choices but I would advise anybody going to the Irwindale race track to find food prior to getting off the freeway on Myrtle st.
I like the meat rolls and French fries in this store. There are not many places in the store. During the epidemic, many people ate in this store. Most of them are bought back to eat. My daughter likes the Shakes in this store and will come to buy a cup every time after school.
