Do not go here, unless you want to do two trips and have them still get your order wrong. I ordered 3 orders of egg rolls and they forgot one order. I go back, wasting my very expensive gas, only to find they jipped me an egg roll. Instead of 3 I got 2????? Worst jack in the box ever.. And don’t even bother calling. It never goes through. Called 50times and it just showed busy?
Surprisingly, the burgers were better that the Wendy's ones, let me tell you I"m not a fan of fast burgers stores except In n Out. My family and me with all this pandemic we haven't been out a lot, it happens that is a Wendy's pretty near of a Kaiser hospital we have to visit someone. And my family in law ask me to buy somethings from there (biggie bags),they have chicken nuggets, fries and burger if your choice, they share with us and believe me that was a bad first in years (8). My hubby ask me to take him to Jack in the box and he bought his double cheeseburger, with the stuffed jalapenos Peppers and I was happy surprised for the taste on everything.
I ordered by mobile app but at the time I came to pick up my order the drive-through line crowded so i tried to pickup inside the restaurant but all restaurant's doors closed except the drive-through. I saw a man standing in the drive-through line to pickup his foods. That's ridiculous and dangerous at the same time for customer to stand in that line but he had no choice though. The store should have a solution.
I ordered two burgers, no Onions, no cheese, no sauce, and they had cheese in them for me. I went back to the restaurant to change them because I couldn't eat cheese. A mean woman told me to change them in the morning. I bought the burger last night and I had to come back in the morning to replace it because of your mistake. It was really rubbish!
Haven't been to a Jack-in-the-box for years. I only went for some Dodger promotion. The Jumbo Jack was surprisingly good. I had to knock off a star for a few things. First, the A/C was cranked all the way up. It was probably well below 70 degrees... Perhaps even closer to 65. I was the only one in the restaurant. Perhaps this is a tactic late in the day to make it so unbearable no one wants to eat in? Have no clue. Ordered a Coke with no ice but got a Coke full of ice. I shrugged because there was a soda fountain in the dining area. Their lone soda dispensary in the place was one of those multi-flavor ones. Which is great if you want something really mixed up... But if you just want a normal Coca Cola. You won't get it. I dispensed one, but it tasted like a combination of everything including all the aspertame and all the fruit flavors all mixed up. Didn't taste like coca cola at all.
Seems like their training a new crew still working out the kinks. Took a bit of time at 12pm and we where the 3rd car in drive-thru with no one inside the building.
Ordered delivery and everything was wrong. This J in the B. after going there for a little bit is the WORST I've ever been to. I am done wasting my money there forever. Also if you give them some change so you don't want pennies back they cannot figure it out. So sad that people are that stupid or oblivious. SMH!!!
They might as well take patty melt off the menu. Cooks never get it right. Like look at the picture and follow the form
Food was good and fresh. Service was fast.
