Workers were very pleasant and hard working! That had a sudden rush of customers and phone ringing and online orders and handled it quite well.Luckily we had gift cards to pay for the ice cream, because $7+ for an ice cream is too much!
Ice cream is ice cream at the price of Cold Stone. Store bought works just as well...

Tastes fine but my Medium was half empty and when they were scooping. It was all melted.

Some of the staff were not trained.. they were taking too long to mix the ice cream. They were too confused with our order for 10 people....

Bad experience. I got in line they started my order, I was ordering 5 ice creams they took 2 was in the middle of making them and then skipped to the next person. Multiple girls there they just forgot about me, she turns and says sorry but continued to the next guest. I will not be going back there, that is such bad customer service, I got in line like everybody else. If I could give them no stars I really would.
