this particular chili's in Pasadena was our worst experience at chili's ever (we usually go to chili's in San Diego which is excellent) our waiter didn't get our drinks til half way thru our meal and I had to go find my own steak sauce after asking g a couple of timesfinally we left without our dessert because it was taking way to long. I'll still continue to go to chili's at our usual place as it's our favorite place to go.
Horrible food! Stale and disgusting!! Denny’s would have been a step up (sorry, Denny’s). Table sticky! Never, ever, again! ? ? ?
First off Monrovia love your town. Second the hostess at the chili's bar and grill has a bad attitude .( Don't think she likes her job ) Waiting for over 30 min. For our table . The first table they sit us down at was so dirty and sticky i could not pick the menu off the table ??. So i informed ( miss attitude) in the front we wanted a new table. Guess what she gave me attitude again. So now we at our new table we order. ( Our Waiter) My guy was the best very friendly. On point with what ever you ask for he bailed out miss attitude in the front.
Had a wonderful experience at this Monrovia, CA location. Not only was the food & margaritas excellent but the service was exceptional. It was a very busy night & we were helped by Melissa, who took our name & informed us of a 30 minute wait. She was thoughtful & considerate and promised to try and fulfill our request to sit at a quieter section of the restaurant. She was able to seat us at a very quiet booth. Thank you Melissa. Alexa was our waitress and was so sweet & patient. She kept asking if our food was ok & if we needed anything else. Super service Alexa.I want to commend Chilli's for your safeguards. I saw helpers cleaning off the tables diligently & hand sanitizer was available.One suggestion though, it would be nice if the waiters/waitresses wore masks.Great experience overall.

So disappointing. Chili's isn't what it used to be. Very little customers and waited ridiculously long to order, and get food. My son and I ordered the same thing, received the same sad burger. When I brought it to the attention of the bartender / waiter his response was void of any customer service. F bombs flying between the staff. Just, no

Gave it a one star -being generous service was two hour wait and didn't get all my food manager said they were the only ones cooking manager was great explaining the situation but that didn't make up for the waitress I don't care attitude
There was no host or hostess, this bartender saw us standing instead of stop talking to customers and come and ask can I help you ,she kept talking to customers so we looked for helped no help to be found so we sat at the bar. How weird a party of 2 walked in and she immediately went to help them kinda a weird I'm Latino and my friend was cacusion how weird the bartender was cacusion. Why did she ignore us cause I made eye contact. Oh bye the way if she was the bartender she didn't make any drinks in fact she was properly drinking cause she was sipping a drink ..maybecome
