Ordered online to have food ready early it said about a 55-60 minute wait, that was fine with me. I even arrived a little bit later than what the order confirmation time had said giving them plenty of time to have my order complete. But no upon arrival the lady at the counter said about a 10 minute wait. I was okay with that as they seemed busy but no it took over 30 minutes to get my food that should have been ready. When I asked they said they were waiting to n stuff for the order still. I would have liked to at least been told a real time frame of when the food would be ready instead of just sitting inside for over 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous and I will never be back. To top it all off I got home to realize they forgot the ranch that I paid for.
Hailey, Wing Stop Store Manager in Modesto, demonstrated exemplary customer service recently and helped me resolve an issue. Her demeanor, leadership and going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of was simply amazing. I love their lemon pepper boneless wings and will definitely be back. We waited over an hour for my food. The store was empty when we walked in. Terrible service. I only ordered a medium meal. Fries were cold & unsalted. Literally, go to any other location if you want to eat in.
Doordasher here, waited 40 minutes for a customers order. Meaning I accepted the order, took 10 mins to drive there, and waited an addition 40. Saw customers who ordered dine in served faster than this one.It's a gamble.
I decided to stop by this location today...having a big craving for comfort food. I pick up orders at this location all the time, I wanted to sit down and eat before heading home, they took 25 mins to complete my order. Really? 8 piece combos, yet, everyone who ordered after me got their order promptly. I can't see me patronizing this location again. The food was okay, the service sucked!!!
Do not place an online order unless you want to wait about an hour to get your food. Every time I've tried placing an order online, I wait how long it says online, I go in, they look around for my order and can't find it, THEN they print my order tag and put it on the line. I guess it's my fault for expecting normal customer service because they have done it every single time I go in. Maybe just add 45min to your order time in your head if you place an online order OR go to a professional, competent restaurant like Buffalo Wild Wings or Wings and Rings.Edit: OH MY GOD!! As I'm standing here waiting for my food, another customer came in and they did the EXACT same thing to her. "Order wasn't here, oh wait found it, it's gonna be about 15-20 minutes." Absolute GARBAGE service.
So disappointed this ruined my dinner ! The fries. Are my favorite and today I went in for my order and the gave me some deep fried Fries so hard I can barely bite in them …anyways if there going to make us wait an hour for an order they should do a better job !!

So I got to say very disappointed..went to pick up they told me it will be ready in a hour in half which is a joke for pick up. The chicken was all dry and tuff and cold they must of had it done in like 30 min and been sitting for over a hour would not recommend picking up or delivery only way is to sit there to make sure it's fresh for the amount I payed. Probly never will eat there again...
