I expected way better customer service for how expensive these cakes are! Norma the manager has the worse customer service approach! I can’t even say it’s a skill cause that’s how bad Hera is! It’s totally ghetto and she just left such a bad impression for the company! It’s so sad to have people like that work there! I ordered a cake for Sunday but had to pick up Saturday. Well I admit I did mess up and forgot the day and never got a call that it was the last business day to pick up. I emailed the store and messaged them on Instagram and never got a response. I also called the store but they did not pick up at all! I went in to the store to see if there were any options and Norma was just horrible and was just flat out rude with a blank NO and said she was sorry but Not Sorry! My blood was boiling but I didn’t not stoop to her level so I stayed stuck in disbelief! I asked if I could speak to anyone else and she said it didn’t matter cause there were gonna say the same thing and walked back to the kitchen.
The young lady that rang me up today was not very friendly, never said thank you and did not offer me my receipt. I had to ask for my receipt.Also, either their tres leches cake or their lemon bars made my stomach cramp and i had bad diarrhea sorry to say. Today was my first and last visit to this establishment.
My experience was uncomfortable and I don't think I'll return. The service was not pleasant and it felt as if I was a bother. The cupcakes I purchased were good but not great. Other customers bumped into me as I placed my order . This place may be hit or miss so try for yourself.
Best pastries around. Turlock bakery is your closest competition. Pineapple cream cheese rings are awesome.
I went in today thinking maybe they have improved since the last time I was there. (Several months ago). I see beautiful cherry turnovers with cherry filling falling out the side. Yummy. I get home and see that I had been given a tiny turnover with less than a teaspoon of filling. What gives? Put the best for all to see in the front and give out the ones that shouldn’t be sold when you are bagging them to take home. I haven’t reviewed any of my last dissatisfied trips but I’m done. I was so hopeful as it was full of workers and everything looked great. I have been going there for years but I think this is the final nail in the coffin.
My husband ordered a Champagne cake last Dec. 31, 2020 and the quality of the cake is not as good as before. I'm so disappointed. The cake is dry and the frosting is not good.
I've been there several times, but this time wasn't that great! A homeless man just walked in an caused a bit of a disturbance. Creamer for coffee was out, no utensils to eat with, just wasn't a good day for them.....
Awesome bakery with plenty of food options! I love coming in and getting sweet treats with an Italian soda! Definitely recommend this place and the staff are always so friendly.

I love this bakery, would have gave it 5 stars if the the macrons I purchased were not stale. I bit into one and it shattered like a chip. I was pretty irritated considering I purchased a few of them. Then the lady making coffee wore her mask like a chin cover. Over all this bakery is one of my favorite but I don’t think I will be going back because a few employees didn’t wear masks and their cookies sucked! 35 bucks down the drain!
