Vegans, vegetarians and carnivores will love this little gem.Honestly I come here at least once a week. They know me and I usually order the same thing- Mongolian Beef spicy level 7 with a Thai Tea. My last order I switched it up to just a level 6 and Monique was thrown off. She is the nice chick you will get your yum yums from at the window.I've tried most items on their menu but the Mongolian beef is the BEST!Oh I forgot to mention everything is Vegan. The "beef" in this dish is seitan. The flavors are amazing.if you like spicy ask for a level 7 too!!!
First time eating here & I was highly impressed! Myself & my daughters are vegetarian/vegan & its hard to find a place who can take care of us. The Mongolian Beef is YUMMY! & THE CHEESECAKE SO THICK & DELICIOUS! New favorite spot!
I had the steamed buns and Mongolian beef, by far the best vegan food I've had. I went with my family, who don't eat meat, and even they loved it. The Thai tea so amazing 10/10 would recommend

Some of the best food in the whole valley. I have taken non-vegans to this restaurant and they are always blown away with how delicious the food is, vegan or not. TNK is a local gem and you need to eat here and order way more food than you can eat in one sitting. Just do it. Do it now. Pick up your phone or walk in and order all the delicious food.Also, for all the vegans out there, the owner is hardcore about all of the ingredients and making sure they are vegan. He told me that regular sugar is not vegan because of the processing agents they use and that he buys special vegan sugar! The attention to detail is crazy and the food is bomb. Eat here for all the meals.

I don't live in town but when I do come to modesto I always come here! The best vegan food I've ever had!!! You gotta try the Vietnamese iced coffee, it's SOOOOOO good!!!
I absolutely love the concept however... If you have celiac or gluten sensitivity, do not eat here just stick to the delicious drinks.
Everything Vegan. It was a joy to discover this little gem with big variety on the menu. My biggest problem is I didn't ask for nutrition information. Not sure how to track bbq sandwich! It was very messy and delish though.
