Ordered the Tri Tip dinner plate and the Tri Tip salad and they were so good. Good food and a good price ??
Decent selection of items, but slightly overpriced.No phone number makes it difficult to order from the deli or bakery without having to go in person

This place is fantastic! I've been twice and I'm already a huge fan. The tri tip is cooked and seasoned perfectly. The tacos and the sandwiches are delicious. The jalapeno infused frozen moscatos are wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the ciabatta bread. It was hard and really dry, almost crumbly. I asked them to remake my sandwich with the other bread and it was a lot better. Try it with the au jus sauce. They give you a good size portion of tortilla chips with your meal and they have a salsa bar with an excellent pineapple salsa. Check this place out! You won't regret it.
The Tipping Point: A BBQ spot located inside the new flagship Save Mart supermarket (on Oakdale/Sylvan in Modesto, CA). Brick and mortar, but operates like a food truck. Simple menu. Many microbrews on tap. Tri tip and corn grilled to perfection. Order at the counter. Stop by the salsa bar after you get your food. Have an indoor or outdoor seat and enjoy! The tri tip is well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Good portions. Quick service. So good, you just might forget to grocery shop!
