Amazing service and the food is beyond spectacular EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! We eat at this location about every other week and will never have loyalty to any other chicken restaurant!! Any mistake that has ever happened, has been promptly addressed and resolved going above and beyond what's necessary, which is just another reason that they have earned life-long customers with our family!! A++++
Terrible when you enjoy a place but you look up their hours online and they don't update the online status and you get there and they're closed horrible customer service nobody answers the phone
My chicken sandwich was the worst ever had. The meat seem as pre cooked warm in a microwave. Very small amt. Wedge potatoes seem old and warmed in microwave. Not happy. No knowledge on making carb free sandwich. (Full Lettuce and sliced tomatoes) asked to remove the bun.

Decent place. Short wait. Didn't like that to-go ticket was touching my potato wedges and that paper bag holding them got soggy.
It's ok..But dark inside...Notice they have lots of neon lights all around but turned off....Neon doesn't look good turned off ..
Nuggets were small and hard costs were hi and valley sauce only 2 and I paid 19.00 don't go

Been going to this location for years, suddenly the last few months they never have enough chicken wings...Even called ahead to make sure they had wings (coming all the way from Turlock just for these) several other times we've come out, they didn't have any and had to drive over to the Mchenry location.We were told yes they had plenty of wings....get there 15min later, order 5 pc wing combo and then after paying am told only have 4 wings....grrrWhile in the process of talking to the employee working the drive thru, telling her that we were frustrated since we had called just a few minutes ago and were assured they had wings, said employee turned to another employee, says "take over I have to clock out" and leaves us with someone who knows nothing about the situation.NEVER going back to the Oakdale Rd location. I'll go to McHenry instead.
Don't go there unless you bbq chicken,but they get the order wrong and give you plain chicken. So watch for your order and make sure it's right.waited 45 minutes in drive threw and still can't get my order right.
