Food was decent I guess, but the sauce practically made me lose my appetite because it has the texture and thickness of snot…there is no reason why teriyaki sauce has to be so thick. Not to mention it’s pretty much tasteless too.Fix your sauce because it legitimately looks disgusting. If my first thought is if the cook mixed it with their snot, then you’re doing yourself a disservice…
6/18/22. Today I bought 3 bowls & 2 egg rolls for $40. I almost left with 2 bowls. Good thing I checked the bag. I asked for extra sauce but she said no. She said she put extra on the bowls and she put extra in the bag. First of all the bowls had the beef & chicken spread to make it look like a lot. No extra sauce. For what you charge you should be happy to give your customer extra sauce. Very little vegetables & rice too. The price of vegetables rice has not gone up people. The tiny 1/2 filled soufflé cups were 3. No extras like she said. Maybe a tablespoon of sauce in each. I should have gone to Scott's Donuts on Yosemite. They serve you well and are always kind enough to give you extra sauce if you ask.What was I thinking. I will never go there again!
Their food is excellent. It's a definitely must try if you haven't tried it. There is plenty of food and then some in every meal.
Charged me extra when I ordered my meal without the rice. Really you’re gonna charge me when I get less food? Used to be bottles of hot sauce available for free now they charged me for little containers of sauce. They should at least give you some sauce with the meal. They said because of Covid now they have to charge for sauce and drink refills. Another business making money from Covid. I will never go back to this filthy dump. Guy behind the counter was extremely rude also. Food was nasty on top of it all. Terrible people.
No frills, just great food. I love places like this that more into the food than anything else. I don't need to be distracted by fancy decor. Menu is simple:, teryaki bowls and ur choice of meat.. Best eggrolls I think I ever had too. Like gheavy garlic eggrolls. Really good.
Dirty place. Wish I didn't pay as much attention to the kitchen as I did. That's what was stuck in my head as I ate it. Portions looked big, but most of the container was rice. $2.00 tops to make it and sell it to you for a $10.00 profit. (Thats fine if its good.) But a gristly tiny portion of chicken with a heaping pile of rice to make you think you are getting a good amount. Sauces had a jello type texture and were tasteless. Never again.
The staff.. female maybe the owner? Was incredibly inviting and nice!! Took the food to go and I will tell you it has been a while since I have eaten there but I will definitely be back!!! Had the teriyaki chicken bowl and I love the vegetables that come with it...ask for extra teriyaki sauce because you will want it on your rice too! Also had the cheese wontons with sweet and sour and if you order enough they can be a meal on their own!! So good..I want them as I'm doing this review!!!
Went to the shop next door called Pho O'clock. It was good. Would differently be going back.
Horrible place to go to on your lunch break make sure you have hours to spend due to the fact that their hours vary daily even though it says that they're open on their signs and everything they just choose not to open the door horrible service I wouldn't waste my time ever again never again
I was surprised how much the prices went up and the portions a lot smaller. Still yummylicious though.
