WORST STARBUCKS IN MODESTO! Lazy employees that make you park for 15 min for a sandwich thats cold... and we were the only ones in line.
It's Starbucks so it has to be good?
The woman who took my order(Marina) in drive through was so rude! She wouldn't let me finish my order she kept interrupting me. Come to find out she identified herself as the manger. When I got to the window to pay I dumped my drink into my personal cup and asked her to toss the Starbucks cup I just ordered away for me. She rudely said she cant throw away any trash for customers..I JUST BOUGHT IT FROM YOU!! But ok..I get it..so then I asked if they'd was a trash can on their property that I could use and throw away the cup myself. She said "I DONT KNOW"AND then corrected herself and said no. No we do not have garbage cans here. I was in disbelief because usually I get met with great customer service but this was so far out there. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible service. Was told someone would help me at the walk up window then was denied service for no reason.

This is an excellent Starbucks, incredible service, also used at times as a training facility, where new employees work side-by-side with highly experienced. Can get very busy, yet they're one of the more innovative Starbucks I have encountered, in how they deal with highly busy times. Thanks for your excellent service, hard work, and what seems to be well trained staff.
I wait every year just to get the hot pistachio latte they are amazing
