The Starbucks is easy to get to in the employees that work here are incredibly friendly. Expect a consistent experience that you would find at any Starbucks, but incredibly more convenient and faster drive through

My Carmel ribbon crunch was tasty as always. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the parking lot. Getting into this section of stores was small and a bit difficult to get too. But I managed. More annoying then anything.

I went through drive thru some time last week and I wasn’t having a good morning and when my husband and I got to the window the woman that was cashing us out looked over at me in the passenger seat and told me how beautiful my smile was and I started tearing up because I’ve been feeling insecure lately and I started crying and told her I really needed to hear that and she just hyped me up and it was so genuine and it really made the rest of my day so thank you so much ?

Cyndle, amazing customer service! Love her energy and vibe! You have a great employee Starbucks! Get her a raise! :D

Friendliest staff ever! I come nearly every day and I have never had a bad encounter once. My coffee is always made perfectly. I always opt to use drive thru and usually go at its peak hours so there’s a bit of wait which I don’t mind at all.

Stopped by on a trip back home... Super friendly baristas and clean place. The chai latte was tasty.

Boy I absolutely love the employees here but I'm not sure if I stutter or maybe there's just something not getting across but when I say a white mocha I shouldn't be getting something brown.

I ordered online and picked the option to pick up at store. The app said 15 minutes I waited about 25 minutes. I get there and my order wasn't ready . When I asked a male employee the status he had alot of attitude. When I finally got my order it was wrong . When I mentioned it he was so annoyed. He made my drink why didn't he read the tag instead of being too busy talking about his personal life ? Someone else toasted my bagel and it was the wrong bagel , the same person was talking to the employee making my drink!! I am not saying don't talk , talking is fine just pay attention. And stop giving customers attitude when you make the wrong order. I work in healthcare . And I try not to be rude to customers for no reason. Please check employees attitudes there is no need for that .

Absolutely terrible Starbucks. First off, I seriously can't believe that city officials approved this physical location! It shares its entrance with Valley Childrens Hospital and when visiting here yesterday, the line was all the way out the drive through and into Palendale street! There was a lady stuck behind me for almost 10 minutes and guess where she was going? Not Starbucks! The poor employees of Valley Childrens... I would hate this location if I worked there. And who designed their drive through? Obviously someone without a degree in common sense! *See pictures* A small car BARELY squeezes out if there's a line of 5 or more cars. Good luck trying to get any half ton or larger truck through. And expect to be blocked in if you park. The drive though runs right through their only parking area that has a capacity of around 15 car spots. Emphasis on car.Now let's talk about their uneducated management. When a customer comes in and you ask them to mask up, and they cite a state law that exempts the customer from it, don't tell them that you "understand but, you still can't be here." I politely informed the woman who claimed to be the manager, "I'm actually exempt and covered under California Civil Code 51b." She clearly didn't understand, even though she proclaimed so. And after a short conversation with her it got to the point to where I said "We can do this all day." To which she just stared at me but, when I walked up to the counter, she hesitantly and silently took my order, then promptly left to what I'm assuming is their break area.Waited about 10 more minutes for my grande white mocha to finally come up. Nothing fancy added, just simple. Side note: The "manager" never asked me if I wanted it hot, iced, or other, my name and if I would like anything else. As I waited, I spoke with two gentleman customers (one of which who was a Navy veteran) and we discussed the absurdity of how a large business like Starbucks can't even educate their employees within "management" about very pertinent laws that protect customers rights.I'm actually going to up this one star review to a two star for the following reasons: My coffee was made well and tasted proper; regardless of the unpleasant and slow service. And I made two new friends that day. Bringing people together over coffee and talking about what makes this country we live in a great place, is what this dream of freedom and being American is all about. We have to fight to keep this dream alive folks!

Quick and Close by but Runs out of ingredients by the end of the day and have been by a few times and they closed early because of not enough staff.... im hoping that is just due to the pandemic... but the staff that is there is great
