Excellent customer service. The barista went above & beyond to walk me through the pour-over process, & to advise me on grind sizes. She did a pour-over for me w the Cafe Verona & it was excellent.
This particular store has not provided me with what I ordered the last 2 times I have been there, both within the last week. When I told the Barista today that my drinks 2 days ago were both missing their flavorings- one was a Mocha Frap and one a Chai Tea Latte, both just tasted like plane latte's. Today, I informed her of my experience on Thursday, and was clear on how today's drink needed to be made. She told me she was sorry, but then handed me today's drink that also was incorrect. I didn't know until I had driven away. She did not offer to remake anything from Thursday. I looked on my app and you can see what drinks were purchased at what store, with the time stamp.She was polite, but you would think they would have tried harder today. Very disappointing.
These guys are sad they don't make the cinnamon Dolce anymore........ What is frustrating and unconsiderate, Instead of putting a sign way before you get in line to ask for your drink. They should make a sign of what drinks they don't make anymore !!! So you don't have to wait there in line for And just waste your time.

It's new barely opened. Been there quite a few times though. I usually go to this one or the 1 on Kansas. But I think this one on North carpenter road makes the drinks better. They've only made one mistake and they quickly fixed it no problems.
Great location employees are friendly and efficient.
Ordered a Venti cappuccino and got a Grande in a Venti cup that was just hot milk.
This location is always friendly and gets my order right every time!
Every time we go it in drive through very fast a lot of the times they know our order as soon as we start to tell them lol this is the one on Carpenter road
