This is my go-to Starbucks. I like that they take the time to introduce themselves and asks for your name at the drive thru. Servers have great customer service and are very friendly. I’ve been coming here a lot lately just because of their service. Please keep up the great customer service as it it’ll keep customers coming back to this specific branch. Much appreciated!-Ace
Was very disappointed,my coffee cup was o 1/3 empty.I ordered oatmeal they pyt so much water could not even eat it.paying so much for it and get such a bad product.

Worse Starbucks place. Laughed at us because we spilled a coffee by accident. Took long to come over and clean the spill. Women in a black shirt who looks almost like the manager looked at me when I asked her the restroom code and she looked but left and did nothing. F this place not coming hear again. Only person nice there was the cashier women. Plus the only person who helped was a guy sitting in back very nice person and thank him. Awful employees should not work there if they give a bad face. Plus all on video cam so there is evidence of who I'm talking about. I was wearing a red sweater and blue pants and a army hat. Camera never lies. Plus she told the other employees to look of how she spilled the coffee and kept laughing. Please teach them to act as an adult on learning their manners.

Years back this was my favorite location ! Would visit a few times a week to read the paper drink the coffee and have a snack while taking a lunch break when I worked in Modesto. Since have switched to Dutch brothers for the staff and new drinks to change it up. Maybe if Starbucks knew how to keep the customers they wouldn’t need to be on every corner.
Always friendly and the drive through moves quickly. Wonderful staff at this location.
Good service like usual?
I didn’t realize I’m not the only one who’s order is not ready when you order ahead. I always order ahead and the app tells you ready in 10 mins. I get there 2 mins after 10. You have to line up to get your coffee with the customers who are still ordering and after they get to you your order is still not ready and have to wait another 10 mins. That’s a 20 min hold up + the order ahead time. Good if you’re not on your way to work but if you are, your done for and late for work. This is not one time this is a couple of times. Hey, S T A R B U C K S check this specific store of yours they are not up to what is expected of them. This is the only specific store that does that. If you can’t keep up don’t sign up for mobile orders… The Starbucks in Barnes and Nobles shouldn’t have closed, they were better off than this store.
Came here to work a bit. Music is too loud for a Cafe and no power outlets to charge anything. Went to the patio and got kicked out at 7:40. Good for to go only. Everything else is your standard SB expectation.
