They messed up on my Starbucks order & I did not want to be that person & hold the line up so I decided to park up & go inside only to find out they had the doors locked….. they saw me trying to open the door, drink in my hand and just nodded said they’re closed .. it’s 2PM…. They close at 10:30PM ???? ?They couldn’t come up to the door to awknowlege what I needed. Rude! I just spent my money here too!!! I guess they expected me to wait in line for another 30 mins just so they can get my drink right ??♀️ Lame.. no mobile orders nor dine in available. Only when they want it to be…. Two less customers they’ll be having ☺️
Tired of you guys closing the store but leaving the online mobile order app on. I waited 15 minutes to send my husband and you guys have doors locked. In that case manager Jackie should know how to turn off online order so people are not upset about waisting time..... I have had this happen before and just knock in the door but never had a manager send me around through the drive through when my order is done and paid for... ridiculous and I come here everyday. I really wonder what type of management this store is coming to...
Quick, efficient and accurate! At least when I had a 9am ish pickup on a Tuesday. Oh and to make that much better they had the syurp that rarely any Starbucks has available anymore so better bonus... got my favorite drink!
Not to long of a wait at drive thru. Beverage was made correct and delicious.
I love Starbucks I would highly recommend. Coffee is good and strong the coffee is not weak. And if you are more of a tea kind of person then Starbucks is also the place for you.
Was given the wrong drink but when given to me, they pronounced the drink correct. Waited about 10 mins before I took first drink. It was the wrong one. Called to get a refund, can only get one in person. I'm not from this area.
Every time I come to this Starbucks the make my drink wrong. They are friendly employees but are slow. The wait here is always long. The hours never match what they say online. Close the lobby randomly. Never have certain ingredients. I work at G3 and this Starbucks is in the G3 shopping center but I would rather drive further because I get better results. It’s unfortunate.
always slow, it has been closed to go inside as early as 8.p.m when clearly online states that it closes at 10p.m. when i get down the employees just stare at me not giving an explanation as to why it is closed. when i get my chai tea latte it tastes like hot water not going to say more please help this place i love that its close to home but what good does it do to me if id rather go to hatch because of better service out there!!
This is usually my go to Starbucks, not sure what happened this morning 12/2 8:00 am. If I order more than 5 items, please bag it with a bigger bag. Not sure why it’s expected to carry everything separately if it’s one order. I asked worker for a bag, she just handed it to me. Second, I got to my order before the ready time and my sandwiches were super cold.
They always take forever. Even when u pre-order with the app. Expect to wait 30mins after your pick up time. Also the drinks are hit and miss. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and it tasted like I was drinking steamed milk with a dash of coffee. And another time when ordering a Chai tea latte it did not taste anything like Chai tea... they'll also top your drinks off with extra milk if they short you. I've witnessed them do it.... Definitely the worse starbucks in this area
