Friendly staff!! Always willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to make the customers happy(with in reason of course, ☺️). There’s actually a closer location within my commute to work, but their staff is not as friendly. It’s worth the extra couple minutes in my car to receive excellent service. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 star due congestion of traffic in the small parking lot. Personal thank you to Daisy and Esme!
The best part is location and prices. Staff is always nice and friendly, they try hard to do their best.Coffee is okay. Honestly, I loved the peach green tea and the kiwi lemonade more.The biggest minus is the tiny parking lot and the working hours. Almost impossible to get there after work, because they are already closed.
Baristas were great, order was perfect. I am only giving 2 stars because all of the outlets are blocked off or have an actual lock on them.
LIZ WAS THE BEST BARISTA TODAY!! WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND SHE ASKED HOW MY DAY WAS AND HELD A CONVO WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR MY DRINKS TO BE DONE. VERY FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have no idea why they are closing early, but it’s been going on for quite a while. It is 6:15pm. Why are they closing early? I hope someone reaches out to the company, and arrange something, because It’s becoming a big problem where I’m disliking Starbucks. Especially in the Modesto area.
Visited when they closed early. We were in the drive thru and a sign was placed to the right of our vehicle and more cars were already in line both in front and in back of us. Those in front and in back of us weren't serviced. We were lucky that we placed our order on the app. The sign should have been placed behind those already in line or the employee should have told the other cars that they were closed. The sign should have blocked the drive thru. Situation was not handled well!!
Starbucks had great coffee and awesome employees who are nice and helpful.
The drive thru is very confusing. So I went inside. I'm very patient with the baristas/partners. For a $9 drink to be incorrect, and when I said I think you forgot frapp roast. They looked at me confused.
Got one of those cookie Frappuccinos. Got that Arianna Grande sized drank.Fire fuego
I was really looking forward my lunch today....I ordered 2 paninis, asked for 1 to be heated up. Paid $12.40 and didn't even get what I ordered. I got a English muffin, that had turkey, egg whites and cheese....it was definitely not the turkey and pesto panini I was looking forward to.
