I am sadly changing my review, because today I had a bad experience. No greeting when I walked in, no smiles, they got my drink wrong. The young guy who made my drink didn't even bother fixing it when I mentioned it to him. The young lady that was also making drinks was willing to correct my drink. She was the only one in this place that smiled and helped fix my drink. This place use to rock, not sure what's going on, but they need to fix it.
Starbucks is great. We were able to charge our onewheels. Had a breakfast sandwich
I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes inside. 5 workers working around the counters. Some girl who was in front of me was helped with a sense of urgency. As soon as she paid, the cashier walked away and totally ignored me. I didn't want to talk about race, but the girl in front of me was white. I'm not. This has happened to me 3 times now. 3 strikes you're out!! The above and beyond services are just not there. Also, once I paid, she didn't even say thank you, and she walked away. I'm here waiting for receipt and never even offered it. Wow, Starbucks. Where is the kind of service? I can't wait for robots to take orders all over the world. I will share this experience on social media and let it be known.........
Always busy here but always correct on the orders.
Went there to use wifi. Got one of the suggested X-Mas coffees.....a mocha brule something. It is sooooo good!
Not good service at all in drive through I was there on December 16th 2021 at around 6:45 pm and I ordered 3 cookie crumbles the medium size they served 2 big size and charged me for another medium size I think they are careless enough and they want to make more money this way I will never go to this place again and I recommend you guys not to go also
Friendly and cheerful. However I had to wait 11 minutes in the Drive up. There is No reason to wait that long, especially for the time of day and they're not a McDonald's or any other fast food place. Very disappointed in them.
Drink at your own peril and watch out for hairs in the hot chocolate. Use carefully as might give you jitters.
All I can say was my coffee was incredible, I had the Creme brulee latte, 2 extra shots.
BE READY TO WAIT MORE THEN 10MIN in the drive thru. 2 times I've waited over 10 mins to get one drink. Inside I've waited for more then 15 mins. I understand short staffed at times. But I've been there before, during and present COVID and nothing has changed.
