They had some staffing issues in the last few months but lately customer service has been much quicker. Can't speak to their food, but they have the best drinks, and THE BEST ICE.Only constructive criticism I'd offer, is teach employees, many of whom are just learning customer service for the first time, to smile. It's AMAZING how far that goes. And when you don't, it makes a customer seem more like they're a nuisance than a welcome patron.
One of my favorite places to eat. They have a drive thru for when I'm in a hurry and drive up stalls with full menus and screen for easy ordering. While u wait in the comfort of your own vehicle. They are pretty fast and foods always good. However I do feel they are a little pricy and the order accuracy isn't always on point. I'm always having to go back for condiments. Overall I love their menu and their service I eat there often.
First, we went to the Modesto Sonic only to be told that you were not selling bags of ice. Then we proceeded to go to the Ripon Sonic. That was a BIG mistake. We had a HORRIBLE Experience at the Ripon Sonic tonight. HORRIBLE customer service. We drove ALL the way to the Ripon Sonic only to be told: "sorry for the inconvenience, we are NO longer serving customers right now." And this was at around 10pm (1.5 hours before you close on Friday nights). We pleaded with the worker that we drove about 15 miles from Modesto and all that we needed was 2 bags of ice. Yet, the worker kept on repeating herself saying over and over: "sorry for the inconvenience we are no longer serving customer tonight." We were left high and dry and wasted an almost 30-mile round trip. I felt SO angry and furious that we went to TWO sonics about 15 miles part and did Not get what we needed. We wasted our time going to both Sonics tonight. HORRIBLE Experience!
Good service, the waitress was friendly. Fair prices. The chicken sandwich was OK at best, and the corn dogs were awful: skinny dog, lame breading. All of the food was warm but not hot. Overall, disappointing.
I got my food fast and there 6 car before me and I love fresh fries
When I think of Sonic I think of their drinks. Unfortunately at this place they do not wash their machines and you can taste it. I have went four times this year to try it out, hoping this would change, but it has not. That taste does not go away at this location. Luckily the staff is understanding and allows returns. The food is good at this location. That's why I gave two stars.
I didn't like their checken sandwich that I got today, and the fries were cold and over cooked. I won't try it again. At the same time, I felt I was speaking to a robot when they took my order. More to that, it took forever to get my order.
Got my food order really fast, that is usually a plus. Then I Found Out Why! My tots were warm & stale, my burger was pre-made so long ago the bottom bun was Soaking WET. I WIL NOT RETURN THERE.
Absolutely love continuing on with the curbside delivery like back in the fifties style. Food was delicious great price. Great for date nights. I gave it two thumbs up.
Honestly, all I got at this sonic was one of their half price happy hour drinks, but it was the VERY BEST I've had. It wasn't too syrupy like they can tend to be sometimes. Plus the employees were friendly, patient, and fast.
